Ive ordered from here a few times and the food is great quality. However, the lady behind the counter that currently takes the orders is beyond rude and has no manners whatsoever. Their attitude is horrible and its NO way to treat customers and it’s the same every time.

❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌Absolutely appalling attitude from the disrespectful, rude thing behind the counter!Never encountered such an obnoxious woman when trying to give them more money, not everyone wants the free chips with curry, some people are happy to pay extra for the salt and pepper chips, so to lie and say you don’t sell them is pathetic!!I then call you back and ask you what a specific item number is, you tell me it’s salt and pepper chips!!!I ask you to change PLEASEI walk into the shop to collect and you start shouting at me that they are not included!I know you told me and I told you I was happy to pay extra three times, rude horrible woman you don’t deserve customers I hope you go bust.

Used to be our regular Friday night for almost 10years, now the food is just about minimum basic , seems like a change of staff in the kitchen which is no no.Not the best customer service either from the main lady, would help to smile once a while and maybe customer would come back.

Told I had to pay cash, I said take it or leave it, will go elsewhere nxt time, then they said you bring cash next time! , I said no thanks will go somewhere else!!Not the best food I've had.
