Restaurant was full due to children being off school, but finally managed to get a seat. Ordered the food for my friend and myself. Didn't wait long and the food was lovely and hot which makes a change cause a lot of McDonald's food is just warm when collected. So overall we really enjoyed our food and the staff were very polite and helpful.

I order the food from just it and yet again their missing items this the 6th time in 3 weeks everyone else gets food but it's seems as though they hate vegetarians because it's always my plant based meal that miss so after paying 20 pound and no vegetarian food for my self im so feed up would rather go to burger king even though it's more expensive

The amount of times the order is wrong is unbelievable. I've resorted to counting Chicken Nuggets to make sure they're all there. 18 when you buy 20 is ridiculous. They miss sauces, straws, don't fill the fries up.
The staff is very serious. My child accidentally poured milk on the floor and they came to deal with it as soon as possible. They are not cleaning but comforting the children. This kind of thoughtful care is worth learning from me.

Put an ingredient that my son was allegic to. We asked for plain cheese burger and luckily I checked otherwise it would have been a trip to the hospital. No fries came with my order either...im fuming ... DONT GO THERE CUSTONER SERVICE IS THE WORST!Dietary restrictions: They don't care about the restrictions... my son nearly ended up in hospital due to that store putting in ketchup when we put plain on the burger as my son is allergic to tomatoes
