Today when I visited, there was trash piled high ontop of the bin which was cleared roughly after 15 minutes of people continually piling more on top. There were a bunch of kids dressed in black harassing the workers and security so they set an alarm off which was incredibly jarring and annoying while trying to each, the alarm went on for around 10 minutes before the kids finally left but by that time I had already gotten a headache.

The food is okay, the staff behind the counter are helpful. I have an issue with the security, he's rude and has a nasty attitude. After my child finished her meal, we waited by the toilet for several minutes thinking it was occupied. Security stood by the steps just watching us. I asked him if someone was in the toilet. He just stared at us, didn't respond. I smiled and asked him if the toilet was locked. The man just looked at us with disgust and walked away. He clearly heard us and didn't want to help. We left without using the toilet.
came here today not a hair net in sight, my chips were freezing TO TOUCH LET ALONE EAT, they didn’t bring my drink out. i had no napkins the managers look scraggly with bit of hair on face. disgusting will never eat here

Spent ages waiting for 2 mcflurries and a cappuccino. Order was on please collect board for ages, other orders came and went (others with mcflurries too) eventually my order was completed and the mcflurries (of which we ordered the larger size) was only fractionally bigger than the small ones.
