Mediocre is being generous service slow sheek kebab starter tiny cold and was bland, main course was small portion average as was the bombay potatoe, keema nan bland..when the dessert came out it was like something from Iceland 80p and frozen solid...they wanted to defrost in a microwave... 52quid! a joke..avoid at all cost and it was freezing in there..like the food! 0 ambience appalling! go tapri sutton coldfield..18quid a head with drinks..worlds apart..Best in Birmingham it has it all

My wife and I regularly take my 93 year old mother-in-law to this restaurant as she still enjoys a glass of wine and a good curry. She particularly likes the warm welcome received from all the staff on arrival and throughout the meal. As a vegetarian she delights in the menu options available, and has even enjoyed meals that staff have recommended to her which have not been on the menu. My wife and I share her opinion that this is probably the best Indian restaurant we have ever been to and can thoroughly recommend it for its food, service, and atmosphere!

Really good service and good. Can’t fault. I couldn’t make my mind up between two dishes and gave a great recommendation which was A1. Good prices on the food. Was rammed when we visited they were some large tables with some very loud people who took a bit off the experience but not the restaurants fault.

We tried Regards for a change and wished we had gone to our usual Indian choice. It took a long time to be acknowledged despite having booked a table. The food was ok at best and there wasn't much of it. Our starter resembled something Italian which was weird!On a positive note the staff were friendly although there was no one to greet you or see you out so felt a little impersonal. Sorry Regards, but we won't be back.

Ordered our food for delivery, arrived minus 2 portions of rice, rang the restaurant to let them know we were short, they just said we won't charge for rice next time, I said we still need it for this meal, they said we are looking at a 45 minute wait, our original order already took an hour to arrive, cannot recommend.

Cannot recommend Regards highly enough from the minute we walked in we were treated with the utmost respect We chose the special meal deal at £11.95,our starters being tandori chicken and my husbands was mixed kebab. both were large portions and well presented with a side of mint sauce,all very tasty and really fresh.We then chose our mains,I had a chicken balti with a keema nan bread,my hubby chose a chicken jai pouree with fried rice both really lovely tasting and really large portions,I ended up bringing some of mine home.We were then asked if we wanted coffee with a after dinner mint,of course we accepted, We were then offered a complimentry Baileys on ice, well what a lovely finish to ournight out, especially as it was my birthday celebration.We want to give a big thumbs up to Regards at Aldridge and will definately be back in the near future.

Terrible service this time round. Ordered over the phone for delivery, said 40 mins. 1 hour and half went by and still no food. We rang regards to see where our food was to be told by on the way in 10 mins and they will give us extra food for the late delivery. When food came, we had half of our food missing , no rice, chips or nann bread. Our balti had hardly any lamb in it, the chicken tikka was very watery more like soup. We rang up to explain we items missing from our order to be told we didn't order them , can we collect - no one was able to collect, to then be told it will be another hour to drop chips etc off. Then we was told ok be 15 minutes and told we will have money back. To then be told the chips will be on the way. The phone got passed around the restaurant as they were making out they couldn't understand what we were saying. To then be told we were lying and didn't order the food again. Terrible customer service. Rude staff. We managed to get someone to go into the shop to be told money cannot be given to us nor food but a food voucher will be the only thing to give us. We definitely will not be eating here again. The food was not exactly cheap we paid £70 worth. Which is sad as the food is great when it turns up.

Ordered collection which was ready on time and delicious. Very generous portions and so many flavours. Lots of options on the menu and staff willing to make a dish not on the takeaway menu. Will definitely return next time in the area.
