The worst £18 I've ever spent on food, the rice was sloppy and cold, sweet and sour chicken was disgusting and cold with hardly any sauce, prawn crackers didn't taste nice at all and the curry sauce if u can call it that was tasteless. I will never order from here again.

The food was delivered late for two good hours, with the excuse that they where very busy. And the food quality was not worthy at all! Place an order with Rushall House Chinese was the biggest mistake I made. Never ever ordering from them again.

I look at the negative, horrible impatient reviews from people and think, what do people expect from a takeaway!As someone that’s travelled the world and have eaten in some of the worlds best restaurants, I’m totally not trying to show off, but just trying to say that something that comes in a foil tin, half hour after cooking comes at a slight disadvantage!Firstly the lady on the phone, she’s friendly, helpful, chatty lovely lady that will do anything to help and suit your needs.She will tweak meals to suit YOUR needs unlike the idiot at the Chinese next to the Avion.However everything above is irrelevant, the standard of the food here is top class, the Thai pork curry is exceptional, from a takeaway I’ve never tasted anything better.The ribs and wings with salt and chilly are fantastic, give this place a go.I have hundreds of reviews from all around the world, I don’t leave fake reviews, from Michelin star restaurants to chip shops, this place is cracking.Again a big shoutout to the lady

Food is beautiful. We starting ordering from here a few months back. This week we ordered Christmas Eve on Uber and again Boxing Day and collected. We’ve stopped using our regular Chinese takeaway as sadly their food has become very bland. So pleased to find Rushall House.Last nights’ was a big order for a family meet up. Every single dish was excellent. I would recommend everyone try this amazing takeaway.It would be good for the owners to change their waiting times on Uber. They can’t fulfil the delivery time they promise (by a long long time) I’ve had to call to chase orders and the girl on the counter was receiving the same calls when we were waiting last night.We wouldn’t mind waiting if we know we have to but waiting 3 times as long as we’ve been told on Uber is frustrating. (This relates to orders made outside of Christmas dates so the problem isn’t specifically because of busy holiday times)Excellent, friendly service on front desk and telephone! Lovely,friendly delivery drivers!Best Chinese takeaway in the area. ?

WORSE CHINESE IV EVER EATEN! don't waste your money. Didn't look appealing but thought "let's try it" OMG wish I never bothered. Certainly will not order from there again!
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM HERE. Waited 2 hours for my food for the driver to call me and say he was ‘round the back gate’ when I don’t have a back gate and he’s clearly gone to the wrong place. It’s now 9pm and I have no food. Called the restaurant several times who were useless and rude told them not to bother with my food and then got the phone put down on me.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered chips / pancake roll / mixed sweet and sour balls. The chips was hard and dry then the pancake roll and mix balls was hard & greasy like they was cooked the day before in old oil. It looked shocking and tasted terrible. After 1 bite I called them and got loads of attitude from Amy. They said they would collect for a refund, they collected but still no refund. Reported to just eat and paypal.
