Soulless, horrible atmosphere, staff are very helpful or friendly. Over priced and the drink I had wasn't very nice at all, forgot the name some festive one. Just had a horrible feel to it didn't feel like a coffee shop. Bad set

Servicr is always great, and so are the drinks .Only downside is that most tables are taken by people using free WiFi on their laptops and the parking

I have been in catering business for long long time, but I never seen rude staff like this place , girls behind the bar just laughing and making jokes never care about how many costumers are waiting, especially one the blond ones seems been drinking all night before she comes to work today, I believe other two brown girls been effected by this blond one, we were very disappointed I hope manager this place do some work to change it over otherwise you guys loos big business in the future...

Came into store today with my 8 year old daughter who was in town spending her birthday money and she wanted to try a frappicino (no coffee) and the young lady with very light blonde hair who was serving us was absolutely amazing. She made my daughter the most amazing frap and even gave her a cake lolly after I explained we were having a 'princess day'. I didn't catch the ladies name but I just wanted to say thank you so much, my daughter was so happy and I was so grateful to you giving her a bit of special treatment as we had actually had a really bad week due to an illness in our family so I wanted today to be all about her due to her birthday not going as planned and sidetracked due to the family emergency/illness. And what a start to our princess day it was, so again thank you so much. Ordered through the app in the evening and didn’t realise they were getting ready for close before ordering. We came in and the two ladies were obviously annoyed but they prepared the order. The lady that handed over the drinks turned out to be friendly and we thanked them for making the drinks last minute. I did say on my order that I wanted the drinks extra hot they were just a normal temperature.

Took 15 minutes to get my drink when not very busy. Then after I had my drink, they wouldn't let me go to the toilet because it was 'closed' without reason. Waitress didn't seem to care. 'Great service!'
