This place is small but amazing. The staff to the atmosphere is all out Starbucks. Informative and quick. My best spot in the town for sure.

I visited the village Starbucks to try one of their new summer drinks and wasn’t sure which one to try. Emma was very helpful in making my choice and provided all the information that I needed. The drink was made perfectly and nothing was too much to ask.

Carpet in room not clean On one side of twin bed bluish contact lenses on the floor scattered about Very off putting Clearly carpet not cleaned Felt unsettled Did go downstairs but no one around to raise it to or to have room changed Checked out next morning after first night stay which was suppose to be a two night stay.Did raise this with the receptionist at checking out she said she would report it to the head of housekeeping. She did offer to get a Starbucks which I thought was a joke. Very disappointing and definitely would not recommend.

Just had a great couple of hours having a few pints and a meal watching the Milan game in the bar. Michelle was amazing. Looked after me and advised on the menu. Great choice, the meal was spot on. Thank you.

I have been a few times before and I had a few concerns regarding a room. I was greeted by Tracy with a lovely smile and told her of my previous experiences. Tracy listened intently and went above and beyond to address my concerns. I went from being reluctant to stay at this hotel again to looking forward to returning and that was all because of Tracy, you are amazing and The Village Hotel (Walsall) is lucky to have you.

Excellent service good for the football and all sports nice place to socialise after the gym good variety of food as well . Bar staff have always welcomed you with smile and accommodating for your needs ? ? ☺️ ? ? we just thinking to have our wedding here ?
Good pub grub with a server that could not do enough. He looked after the kids laughed at my jokes and did everything right. What a star. Give that boy a pay rise!! Seriously great to get excellent service in a place that surprises you. Thank you Ethan

The hotel has all that you need in terms of food and leisure and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for the lower score is the sleep quality which I rate above all else in a hotel. The hotel can't do much about people slamming doors but they can do something about the noise level coming from a zumba style class in the gym at 6am. I had a paid breakfast but on both mornings of my stay I opted out of eating hot food as it was not the best quality and the pastries were no better. The food from the bar for an evening meal was great, really nice food and plenty to choose from.

Highly recommend village Walsall. Such a good atmosphere on a weekend. Got welcomed by a lovely lady on reception with the brightest smile I’ve ever seen sure her colleague said her name was Tracy without the e. The connection between the reception staff was so funny it was lovely to see while they were decorating the desk. So warm and welcoming, ready to help. Pub staff nice but a bit slow on the bar with little or no customer service which was disappointing but over all a great night out.

Tracy on reception was amazing, arrived and realised we made an error with the booking. Tracy was completely professional and within minutes had amended our booking to suit or weekend plans, fantastic service credit to walsall Village

Been looking at joining a gym for a while now after speaking with Tiffany today about a membership, she was very informative and went into great detail of options available. Can't wait to join as a member and get the pump on ? ?????????
