Worst Subway Ever, they never get your order right, it's impossible to get a refund or food replaced, will never use again. The one on the Wharf Walsall is a million times better and they actually care what the customer thinks.

Staff are extremely rude and act as if your bothering them and they try to rush you when your ordering they definitely do not like there jobs or want to be there
I had went to this Subway and I had never known what size the seating area was once I went inside.I had got a table where the window was nearer to the door way. I was then got given a sandwich which had a salad in it. It had vegetables in the salad which are: sweetcorn, red onion, cabbage and tomato. It also had ham along the salad in the sandwich. I had this type of salad from this Subway and it was absolutely delicious.I had a bottle of Pepsi Max that is flavoured with cherry. This tasted like cherries and it was good.Recommended.Vegetarian options: There are some of the menus that are vegetarian

utter sham of a store placed an order for delivery delivery time of about 40 mins. 40 mins passes get a message saying delayed after 75 mins I call the store who said sorry we haven't even made your order yet. I'll make it now. at that point it's past that so cancelled my order and will not be using this store again extremely poor customer service.

Waited 2 hours for a subway from just eat it did not arrive I rang 4 times to be told it was on its way it was not ! Then I was told they hadn't made it at all ,and didn't have any drivers anyway, I asked for a refund all I hot was a lot of nonsense about they didn't know about the refund policy ,I then asked to speak to a manager this was refused !!! SO NO SANDWICH AND 25 QUID LIGHTERNOT HAPPY

APPALLING SERVICE!!!(putting one star because 0 starts isn’t an option).I don’t write reviews but this needed to be done.Waited over 2 hours for food for it to arrive wrong.Was told to wait and it would be collected and redone. Never was.Went there and was told that we need to contact just eat so no one was going to collect the food, we were waiting for nothing.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!SHOCKING ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
