A lovely Sunday lunch for Mother’s Day. The Parkbrook is, I would say, a more traditional pub restaurant, with its cosy bar and some old English favourites on the restaurant menu. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and speed of service was good, but we didn’t feel rushed. The menu had plenty of choice and there is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu. The food was tasty and portion sizes were good. We’ve been there before and I’m sure we will again.

A cracking find just off the motorway. Delicious home cooked food. Visited with my two young daughters and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely come here again instead of the services. Highly recommended and thanks for looking after us.

I went here last night to get away from the over priced average food at the village hotel I was staying at.Pub is traditional and comfortable, staff were lovely and full of smiles.Food was excellent, big portions, home made and everything I ate was spot on.Meat just fell off the ribs, home made southern fried coating on well cooked chicken.Loads of dessert option, homemade sponges and cheesecakes. I had an excellent lemon drizzle.Well priced too, I only felt terrible as I didn't have any cash to tip my waitress, and wished there was a gratuity option on the contactless payment, which she fully deserved.Next time I'm in I will make up for it!
