Hands down, the absolute best takeaway/delivery service in the entire west Midlands! The quality is consistantly AAA* , the delivery is lightning fast, the staff are helpful, kind and always open to feedback. The food is always expertly prepaired and sets your taste-buds alight with the perfect amount of flavour. Top quality, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection, by expert chefs, delivered with a smile and a kind word. I honestly cannot praise them highly enough for their consistantly high quality and I whole-heartedly recommend them, well beyond any other take away/delivery service, anywhere in the region, maybe even the entire country! Well done and thank you so much, for being one of the few places in Britan to actualy provide excellent value for money!

I have been using the Ruby for a long time and have NEVER had cause for complaint. The food is always really nice, hot and tasty with good sized portions. Delivery is brilliant and on one occasion they went the extra mile, so to speak, to deliver despite roads being closed. There may be some negative reviews but..... try it for yourself. You won't regret it. Too many people are too quick to leave a bad review based on a bad experience but the same people never review a good experience. At the end of the day, everyone has an off day and it's no reason to leave a review saying that you "will never use them again" Grow up!!!!!! Use this takeaway and help the small business. They are well worth calling if you want a night in with a great meal

Hi we had a Singapore fired rice well it was awful no flavour no spicy The prawns had A funny smell the pork meat was just fat and rice I think was microwave will not go there ever again

The food is no longer of a high standard very old tasting and the cantonese chicken tasted very chewy and a couple off days old; the egg fried rice had a strange smell...

Ideal if you're on a diet, not complaining about the the quality of the food, just the quantity. Curry comes in the small containers usually used for rice, but, only half full. All of the competitors around Aldridge have at least two to three times more curry per portion.
I ordered duck from here to night and it tasted vile when I normally have Chinese i normally have duck but this was the first time trying The Ruby Express and I won't be using it again

This is the 1st time we try Cantonese food and it’s worth the wait. The noodles are so special that my parents order 1 more, fried chicken wings are must try here... And I love the way the owner and his staff take care of customers. Will come back next time.
