Carvery was a little disappointing (cold vegetables and fatty meat) but the service team were great and Kenzie provided a great table service.

Very busy, waited hour for food however that is expected when you go on a Sunday afternoon/

If they have an offer on, best to book as it gets full and takes bookings only. The service and food was very good.

Table service and assistance from restaurant staff was on this occasion lacking, we had no cutlery for 10 mins after collecting our carvery. My friend ended up attempting to eat without them after I spoke to multiple waitresses about getting cutlery.

Food & staff excellent.Very disappointed that no real ale was available.Extremely poor management that at least one ale wasn't on offer.I usually enjoy my visits but this was the first time I have been disappointed.

Had the Carvery really good loads of choice. Staff were very friendly.Parking: When parking on site you must register your car. The screen is as you walk in. Don't forget or you will get a parking fine through the post.

Staff were brillient - food was sub standard, really poor quality, yourshire pudding so dry as soon as my fork hit it, it shattered in to several parts as you would assume a crisp would do the same. The stuffing was hard and dry. vegetables were also very very dry and not at all looked after, I had to turn them over to get them moist again. The gravy pots were both empty I had to ask for them to be refilled, which wasnt a problem as it was sorted immediatly, but there are a layer of skin at the bottom of the pot, prob about half inch think. This was evidently not removed when the pot was returned as the gravey was so lumpy it was almost no useable.Wheelchair accessibility: ramps and flat

Had a beautiful roast at broadway Toby.Really fresh and tasty.
Seated very quickly, order taken and we had queued for the carvery and back to our table within 10 minutes. The service was excellent as was the food.

I go here several times a year as it is OK, but went on Friday what a disappointment. Had starters which were nice then waited for queue for carvery to go down so went up just after 8 o'clock and there was just gammon left! My friend asked if there more meats coming out and was told no, basically if you didn't like gammon then tough! Veg also low, not much choice left which I could understand if it was about 9.15 but this was early. When we had finished our meal we then felt rushed to leave, overall not a good experience on this occasion.

Lovely meal today at Toby Carvery Walsall Broadway, I could eat the entire meal again. Very nice atmosphere, one of my favourite places to come for a Sunday lunch. Great service from Louise who was very kind, attentive & caring. She looked after us & checked on us throughout, one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had.

The carvery itself was tasty as usual. The customer service from our waiter became increasingly rude. Anthony (waiter at Walsall Broadway) lacked professionalism at times and all members in the group noticed this. Standing over the table with your hand on both your hips waiting for customers to choose their food isn’t appropriate. (not to mention the rest of his behaviour). Service with a smile and use of polite and welcoming language is part of his job role. Please remind him of this. Thanks.
