As a regular, I visit here often before going into work. The staff are usually very good, the food is decent and the atmosphere usually okay to good.The only problem I have encountered was today, when I decided to travel here at short notice - checking on the Internet the opening times for today. It said 'open' and closing at '5pm'. Turns out not to be the case. So, best to check opening times via a different method. I raised the issue with a member of staff, suggesting the info' needed changing. Not interested and dismissive. So, I think the manager should arrange to update the relevant, main website. Thank you.

Had a nice walk in the arboretum,was raining but sheltered by the trees on a newly laid path and at the end a nice cup of tea with gluten free Victoria sponge!enjoyed the day and view.
Extremely disappointed that the Splash Pad was closed. The amount of despondent children was tangible. Many came wearing costumes and were left kicking around in the dregs of yesterday's water. Moving forward, please consider opening the Splash Pad in-line which the Great British weather. Furthermore, it would be worth considering staying open when older children return to school. This would benefit the preschoolers and toddlers, who could experience the Splash Pad at a quieter/calm time. Thanks for reading these suggestions.Parking: Great parking facilities.

Nice food and drinks, but the service is extremely slow every time we go. Took 15 minutes of queueing to buy a bottle of water. They clearly need more staff.
