Once again terrible service, went through the drive thru, ordered 10 piece bucket. Either the staff are illiterate or thick, we asked for them not to put too many leg pieces, low and behold even after reiterating this, we got home and the whole bucket had leg pieces. Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve read a majority of the reviews and there are more people complaining than enjoying. If the manager is reading this, I think you need to review and train your staff!!!!!! Last thought how embarrassing for KFC !!!!!!

Turned up in drive through and ordered 3 chicken pieces. Was informed they only had legs and thighs which when given to me was hardly anything at all. Obviously staff were aware this was not value for money but continued to serve 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Will not be returning to this store and most likely Kfc.

Ordered Boneless Bundle through Uber Eats, should've been 8 boneless fillets and a regular popcorn chicken. Bag arrived container KFC tub which had come apart.... The bag contained 8 COLD boneless fillets and nothing else.... No Popcorn Chicken. Phoned Restaurant.... Female staff member who answered couldn't care less, attitude stank advised me to contact Uber Eats before putting the phone down. Can't post a review with less than 1 star but doesn't even deserve that! Shocking service!!!!!!

Ordered through drive through. Had bargain bucket 10 pieces. Had to park up and wait. When got home found it contained 6 legs 3 thighs and I breast piece (Very small) all in all it was swimming in grease/oil couldn't eat it . Complete waste of £18.00

I came to the window to collect the food I ordered to see that they got it wrong. When I told them about the wrong food they gave. They claim I didn’t say the things I ordered and didn’t even bother trying to rectify. Just kept saying that I didn’t say it. Even the so called manager or supervisor did the same thing. They were very rude and had such an attitude that I didn’t appreciate. The food is very average and Luke warm. Would not recommend

Asked for a receipt, they said they will put it in the bag but didn’t give it to us. Incomplete order. Quality of food very poor - very dried bread and chicken fillet. Avoid this KFC branch at all cost.

Very poor. My bucket was served in a bag with cold Fry's the Asian staff barely spoke English my cold Fry's were replaced with cold Fry's when I complained they just said sorry. Not good enoutgh. Contacted online just said sorry hope see u again. No way never use again KFC Wolverhampton centre

Staff were great and I left a bag in there. When I went back they had it for me and were very helpful! Food was great as usual

Terrible food. I ordered two single box meals of three pieces of each. When I got back I only had two pieces of chicken in one meal! The coating on the chicken wasn't crisp and was peeling off the chicken and the chips were cold and dry. Really disappointed in the quality and the fact I was given an incorrect order which was too late to be rectified when I was back home. KFC is not a patch on what it used to be.

I’m not sure what is happening to KFC as group. The service is well below par compared to McDonalds and even the new Tim Hortons on the same site in Bentley Bridge.Firstly the staff appear to be poorly trained on customer focus and service. They often give you the wrong order (forgetting items that should be in your order) or won’t explain that the drink you ordered is out of stock and therefore substitute another drink without asking or telling you. Another annoying thing is I have never had serviettes given to me in my order. This is particularly frustrating if you stop your car to eat your food. And it gets worse because if you call them like I did to make a complaint or just to kindly let them know what just happened, they don’t accept the problem and you end up feeling that you either wasted your time or you are the one at fault for asking for paper napkins.Having said that the food was good and hot. The wings were especially good and tasty.One more thing on the negative side there is now only one window open to pay and collect your food and this has a tendency to hinder the process of fast ordering and food collection.Having owned a business for 50 years I cannot blame the staff. It has to be down to the managers to make sure training is paramount in dealing with customer focus and delight.

Had a gravy mega box today, the only thing I’d eaten, within a few hours I was started to get these horrible stomach cramps, eventually I had a really bad belly and was being sick. I’m pretty sure I’ve got food poisoning.

My burger had hair in it and the rest of the food was burnt, salty, and absolutely inedible. I have tried meals from other KFCs, and the food was good; but the Bentley Bridge branch doesn't know how to cook! Even the colour of the coating compared to food at other branches looks completely different: oily, dark brown, old.Serving inedible (nasty n tasteless) food as if animals were going to eat Just don't go to the Bentley Bridge KFC.

Service is slow, especially through the drive thru even though everytime I've made a visit, hardly anyone there! Foods mediocre and just average, greasy but that's about it really

Well what can I say orders are wrong allthe time . Staff who don't know what they are doing. Had a zinger meal today and it taste so burnt it was disgusting , also the wings had a Nasty burnt after taste to them. This really is the worst kfc ever. Such incompetent staff they can't seem to get the orders or food right. Make sure you double check your order when recieved at the drive thru cost guaranteed something will be missing.

Went through drive thru, couldnt use my rewards, staff said its down in there store?, young lad on the window didnt give me a cupholder, i had to ask, i had 3 drinks in a car obvs i need a cupholder, burger was cold, did'nt give me no straws, no napkins or salt, staff were too busy singing and dancing in the back, even the manager was doing the same, she was wearing eyelashes phone hangin out back pocket, very unproffessional for a expensive fast food restaurant, not even a thankyou before i drove off!
