The food was great, served quickly and all nice and hot. One member of staff however, I believe her name is Sandra had a right go at my son because he accidentally knocked some of the paper condiment cups on the floor. He apologised and attempted to rectify it by picking up the paper cups. The member of staff continued to shout at him, complaining that she had just restocked them and now she had to throw them away as they had been on the floor. As we left, she was seen pointing at my sons and I and telling another member of staff about the incident. This was totally uncalled for and spoilt our lunchtime dining experience.Kid-friendliness: Didn't feel very kid friendly with a member of staff having a go at my son.

Staff were the most helpful, cheerful and friendliest i have ever encountered in a McDonalds. Floor staff were exceptional and were happy to help with all the children in our group.

I never thought I would spend time reviewing a 'Maccy's' but this place is different. Enthusiastic, hard-working staff create a welcoming feel. My chicken and salad wrap with dressing was terrific. Well done all!

Went through drive thru no problem and ordering food or paying for food, when we waited to pick up our food the young girl at the counter never even acknowledged us she didn't turn around to us or speak to us even though we had to wait a couple of minutes for our food. When she passed us our food she still did not speak or acknowledge us.
All was good. Very busy due to Happy Meal Promo however. Got the toys my kids wanted without the promo as I wasn't aware.

We ordered from the drive thru. A quarter pounder meal with large fries and a Mcchicken sandwich meal. Plus we ordered four raspberry Mcflurries. Got home and discovered the large fries were only two thirds full. The Chocolate and raspberry Mc flurries had no raspberry sauce and no chocolate pieces. We have had things like this happen before at Bentley Bridge including items missing. I rang them and they gave me a number so I can take the ice creams back!! At this point the ice creams had melted and were inedible. Poor Customer Service.

I’ve ordered a cheese bites and it turned out that they were cooked twice and not eatable at all. I called then and the I don’t understand if the manager was drunk or under the influences but she couldn’t understand me and was constantly saying I don’t understand you. When she finally understood she didn’t even apologised or anything.
