I have given a 1 star review only because there is no option for a 0. There must have been a change in management since summer 2023 because ever since then the customer service is extremely poor. On multiple occasions, when ordering from the app the delivery driver marked our order as delivered when that was not the case. After calling the staff could not locate/communicate with the driver. They asked us to call back to check in again in 10 minutes, which we did and were told to wait another further 10 minutes, because apparently the driver was still learning. That would be all understandable if it hasn’t happened before. Upon arrival the food is cold because of how long it has taken them to deliver it. Do not recommend using this branch, save yourself the hassle as the customer service is atrocious.

Can't beat a dominos. Pizza and all the extras and sides are always great. wish it was cheaper but its good quality take away. Staff are always friendly.

Ordered at 18:32 did not have food until 19:17. Ordered online. Not one to normally order from Donino’s as Fireaway is far better got there with my pizza ordered online and said it was ready to go in to say it will take 10 minutes to then going back in store after 14 mins and was then told will be 5 minutes then waited another 10 minutes to then be told it will come now. Did not enjoy the pizza in the end will not go back. Just tell the truth about how long it would of taken and i would of cancelled my order.

Food nice and hot... but my belly always bad the next day. So makes me wonder how clean the preparation area is.. always quick as great delivery service... very expensive, prices have gone up my order came to £28 only having two pizza cookies & delivery fee.

I'm not a big fan of pizza from big chains. But occasionally order from them for special pizzas or other limited time items. Decided to try The Ultimate Chicken Mexicana pizza. Typical pizza you'd expect from Domino's. Toppings were good. Wouldn't buy from here without a deal due to the price. But got the 2 for Tuesday deal which was fine. Gave it a 5 star because delivery was fast, food was hot, and everything was correct. Def not as good as authentic pizza. But I doubt anyone would order here expecting that. So 5 stars for providing the type of pizza expected, and doing it well. Would return.

Ordered through the app, 2 pizzas and 1 was correct but mine was not... but had the correct label on the box ?♀️... contacted the shop and got a replacement and an apology... another 45 min wait and it has the correct toppings however barly any cheese. Didnt want to wait again but didnt enjoy it.
