AWFUL !We were regular customers however the last 2 times that we have used double luck the food quality has been very poor yet prices are still rising (within last 3 weeks)Spice was not needed and ruined the dish of beef in black bean which was just chillies and waterSalt and pepper chicken - was so dry to the point I could not eat it and was thrown awayNoodles were pure greaseAnd the curry was just water with no flavour at allVery very disappointed and will not be going backA lot nicer restaurants in the area

Always ordered as a delivery option via Just Eat.This is the Chinese takeaway we use when wanting a Chinese, we trust the place to deliver on time and on occasions when they've been later they've always put some freebies in the bag lol

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!Had a few orders come cold before not moaned just sometimes put it down to delivery driver. Today I’ve been sent egg fried rice with not a single piece of egg on site and chicken chow mein with 3 small pieces of chicken in. Too many Chinese restaurants I. The area to bother ordering here again. Advising other people to do the same before wasting money!

Usually my go to place but after tonight not a chance of us using this place again. Sweet and sour sauce was so bland might as well have had gravy. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.

Been a loyal customer recommending them for years but not anymore. So unhappy, spent £15 on salt and pepper chips and chicken chow mein for the chips to arrive bland and cold and chow mein not as described. Took one bite and tasted awful. Returned it to the restaurant and asked for money back, was told to request through just eat and it would be authorised. We then requested refund through just eat and the restaurant declined. Hate to leave reviews on a family run business like this but it's not nice to be scammed out of our money especially when we instantly returned the food and were promised a refund.

Thoroughly disappointed. Having read the reviews we were keen. Having had the food most of it is in the bin. The chips and anything that is deep fried isn’t fresh, isn’t deep fried multiple times and the food is very, very bland.Sadly, I just don’t think they care about what leaves their door!!

Worst Chinese we've ever had. 1 item didn't turn up, although the restaurant sent it out in the end. Freezing cold beef and easily the worst sweet and sour sauce ever. More like a really thick strawberry jam. Will not use this establishment again. If I could give less than 1 star I would
