Morning, Staff is very disgusting. first, I waited there for 10 minutes for order. After that. That guy gave me a coffee after 10 minutes. I order a hot latte and he give me a cold coffee after 20 minutes. The guy is in a black jacket. He is very disgusting.

My review is as both a customer and as an Uber/Deliveroo driver. Compared to many other Maccies, this one is quite good. As a customer, orders are mostly served very quickly and presented well (burger actually inside the bun etc). As a delivery driver, orders are usually prepared quickly and staff are mostly attentive to drivers. The 'Delivery Manager' chap seems to have forgotten how to smile but he is very efficient, gets involved with issues and generally keeps everything running much smoother than when he's not there. The few issues I've had when collecting orders have been resolved very quickly. I get far less customer complaints (mostly missing items) from this store than any other store I collect from (probably 15 others from Willenhall to Lichfield).

McDonalds Willenhall utter joke food delivery was incorrect and what we did order and got correct was stone cold. This is unacceptable as food costs enough these days without having to throw away items which were wrong and nobody wanted. I font suppose will get any reply from

Usual maccies...Good food..pleasant atmosphere..very polite quick and helpful staff..only bugbear about this place is there is no real safe walking from parking as cars are going all around awkward when you have children...otherwise all good...

Missing food, cold chicken nuggets had to go in there 2 times to sort it out When we had our food we were missing 3 lots of chips so I went in to get them, only when I got back in to the car my husband said that my little girls chicken nuggets were cold so got back out of the car went back in to complain n sort out. Got back to the car to find out I was missing one double cheese burger . Never went back in to complain again for the 3rd time so i missed out on my food. Too angry. Got home , tried to phone them numerous times and, surprisingly no answer. I really wonder how many people have been missing there order. Don't bother getting your food from here.

We've never understood why they build a McDonald's on the corner there. It's way too small and gets stupidly busy and dangerous to cars & pedestrians. It needs to be located in a better place, right by a junction isn't the smartest idea they've ever had.

Messed up my delivery order twice! Missing food! My third order was stone cold and pop tasted like water, no fizz!, very frustrating. Now I have to download an app and refund all three orders! ? When the team could of sorted it out after the first order! ??♀️Delivery guys were great, not their fault.

A worker constantly keeps trying to ban us as in the past I got banned for the soap dispenser falling off when I was washing my hands and then every time we go and he is working their he keeps trying to remind us that he will ban us again but other than that the food is

Me,my daughter and nephew went to McDonald’s willenhall last Saturday 9/9/23 for dinner about 3 o’clock.firstly we all wanted McFlurrys cause it was such a beautiful hot day and they had none as machine had broke so then we ordered milkshakes,fries,ring donut,strawberry lemonades and a hamburger.we came home and when I went to eat my so called hamburger it looked so flat and hardly anything in it it was more like a flat pancake.i took pictures and tried ringin the store for the next half hour and nobody answered.it was actually so embarrassing
