It’s nice pizza place around us . I am papa johns pizza lover since from more then 4 year I tried pizza everywhere but willenhall papa johs got gud food they served delicious food everytime . I love chicken fajita and piri piri popper its amazing ? and dessert cooking dough and brownies I also like it and one more thing it’s clean place ?????

I ordered a pizza via Deliveroo at 22:15 and the order was confirmed after more than two hours waiting my order was cancelled with the excuse of “the restaurant is closed” when the restaurant actually closes at 23. If you do not want to do you job do not accept orders.

Ordered pizzas & sides through their app. The app confirmed payment but then froze, rang the shop to be told that they didn’t have our order, went to the shop to show evidence that order had been paid for and the app had said that payment had been received but staff refused to help in anyway. So £31.98 spent and no food. Disgusting service! Be warned about using their app. To add to this review 4 days later Papa Johns actually drew the money from the bank card we had used so now have the hassle of claiming the money back through the bank for food that we had not received. DO NOT USE THE PAPA JOHN WILLENHALL APP.

I ordered pizzas online and bear in mind my whole order came to over £60 and the app didn’t update my medium pizza to large, I placed the order, got confirmation and saw it was medium. I literally rang the shop within 1 minute of placing my order, to be told my order was in the oven all 4 pizzas, even though I’d literally just placed the order. The lady who I spoke to was soooo rude! Shouting down the phone at me blaming me for this error, when I tried to explain she continuously interrupted me which is VERY rude then told me I have to buy another pizza for £7.99 to make up to a large after I just paid over £60, yet I am a regular customer always spend this amount, to be treated like that!! Absolute disgusting customer service, absolute disgusting!!!! No more orders coming from me, no need for rudeness at all, regardless of what error was made, absolutely shocking!!!

Ordered via website for collection at a specific time. They rang asking where I was, 45 minutes before the time specified and then blamed me for their error! They made it fresh again when I went to collect and once again blamed me. No sign of any apology
