Rude man VERY RUDE not the first time I’ve experienced him being rude.Won’t go there again rob you blind with the prices anyway but the way he speaks to people is not on so much attitude. needs the sack. Sure your meant to have good customer service not that bloke absolute joke. Would of have 0 stars but not an option

Overall shell are decent I've been going for years, prices are high at the moment, but last night out of all nights I payed with cash at the willenhall shell around 10pm and the guy at the till just looked at me and wouldn't give my change or receipt, I mean like I didn't care but it's the principal of the matter. Honestly some people these days, times are hard peace ✌️

If I could give zero stars I would. Thieves at this garagefuel didn't go into my car I drove off and drove straight back to then use a second pump which worked and they made me pay twice. Stay away from this garage they will Rob you blind!!!

The staff feels like someone more important than the customer. Asia guy He screams and even chases you from the station. I just want fuel up and use toilet. Hi start screaming to me to go out becouse is close. One hour later was open again. I dont kno what is going on but hi should told me hi need the beake and come back later. No explain just hi been rud.On the end, he told me I Can make a complaint as much as I want! I will never go there again! 6th of march 2022, time: around 6pm.

Poor customer service. The cashier always on the phone or listing to music when serving customers RUDE!! and he's suppose to be the MANAGER!!! Fine example there. Prices on display don't match that on the till so you end up paying more. So I suggest you always ask for a receipt. Only went in to grab a coffee, and 2 pastries and adds additional items plus fuel on top when I only ordered 3 items. Thankfully noticed before payment. I won't be using this station again multiple problems here AVOID!!!

I would give 0 stars but there is not the option. I just been here today the 26 of February 2021 at 18:20, Tu be turned away by a very rude member of staff , when i wanted to buy 4 packs of heats Amber, claiming he only can givee 2 when he opened the drawer and clearly there were 4 in there, and setting the limits on what can o buy or not.I want to mention that this is not the first time is happening this situation and i have been treated rude by members of staff from there.This needs to be looked into. As this level of coatumer service brings a big brand like yours down.

Completely amazed to find the member of staff on night duty at 3am refusing to serve anyone because he claimed to be on his break although there were three cars and a van trying to purchase fule aswell as myself trying to buy milk and he didn't even have the comon decentcy to properly explain his self just shouting in broken English "I on break come back in hour" I felt especialy sorry for the guy infront of me in the que who was on his way to work and was made late and was made to miss his nights work because he couldn't put his fule in his van. I carnt understand how a 24 hour garage can leave multiple customers standing around because the plantpot member of staff carnt be bothered to serve them. I look forward to seein him when the doors are unlocked so he carnt hide behind them it makes a mockery of so called 24 hour service.
