Always extremely busy and stock is old! Went to buy flowers and they were all dead. Prices are good however.

If you want stress levels through the roof sencory overloads and heart palpitations this is the store for you. Staff lack the basics of common sense. Absolutely braindead. Everytime I come into this shop theres always someone causing me some sort of inconvenience. Last time i went in the guy at the till became confrontational once i made a comment to my partner about how much my shop came too. The conversation had no concern to him at all so no need to get involved.This time I came in for something that the webside specifically said it was in stock. After being sent on a wild goose chase for half a hour and staff walking into me i then was told they dont sell the item ?. Grabbed a few bits and went to pay because i was stressed out. Staff walking and barging past. Ques going up the ailes so rather than the packing staff using there brains and using the centre of the store where nobody is they choose to disrupt all the ques making everyone move like they hold more importance. I adviced a worker that its clear in the center would be easy to go that way the woman grunted and give me a filthy look. Then on the store announcement had the cheek to offer blood pressure screening. This shop causes high blood pressure because the staff seem to want a scrap rather than help. Shops a Absolute jumble sale to make matters worse everyone stood in the way or barging past no order or etiquette the next member of staff to come with attitude is going to get it right back. The responces on these reviews are a joke aswell no accountability no change the shop is still filthy rotton fruit and veg is still being sold i dont trust nothing fresh from there. Shop needs a deep clean along with the attitude and common sence of the staff.Go back to 24hr so people can shop in peace and quiet without horrible coustomers and staff barging with trollys. Im surprised a fight hasn't broken out in there it really does test youre patience.

Please can you sort out your diabolical trolley situation at this store. You spend 10 minutes looking for a trolley then when you finally get hold of 1 it’s rickety!!The fact that there is a trolley graveyard at the side of the store says there is a lot of trolleys that need replacing.

Rubish meat better off in a curry the asda in Telford is better the meat is very good and I don't have a problem about time thay update the Caffè in asda looks like it has no bean done since 94

I ordered a Nintendo switch online for collection between 2 and 2.30, 21st November. I can't get over how ridiculous the setup was. I pulled up and tried to check in, however, it didn't work. I went to customer service and was told I didn't need to check in and to go back where someone would be waiting. Back round I went where there were now two people talking to an assistant by the back door. I joined them along with another person, then another car pulled up. There was now a small crowd trying to give this poor guy their order numbers. He looked really stressed and made a call to someone else to come and help him. Another assistant then pulled up in a car! One man was told that his order wasn't ready as it was 96 items and would take a long time for them to be picked. He said he'd come back but they told him to cancel the order! Eventually he took my details and returned a minute later with my item. What an absolute mess, I felt sorry for him. I only used Asda as their switch deal was very good, however, I shall stick to our favourite for groceries as their click and collect service is worlds apart!

I like shopping in ASDA, but of late I have noticed that their apple are all scarred,marked, infact not good to be eaten. See the pic below.
Came to this asda for the first time and got a parking ticket yesterday. I have a disability and I my mobility is not good and we were getting our shopping done. On top it was a busy day and the tills were full and I then had issue at tills. I also had to use the toilet. This is just wicked paying ,£45 is a lot and I genuinely was in the shop. Any suggestions, I cannot find my receipt as it was a month ago I went but I have my bank statement what do I do?

Came to store to find no Tiger kitten food on the shelf, however I seen packs of them on a pallet at the end of the isle, I asked a member of staff is it possible to take it off the pallet if I take the stuff of the top only to be told I cannot touch the pallet and refused to assist me. So I approached a security guy and asked for a manager who then states not sure where the manger is, ok that’s fine however I need some kitten food and I only buy Tiger kitten pouches can I be assist on taking them from the pallet please to be told you can’t touch the pallet as they have to monitor what goes on the shelf which I replied what a load of cobbles, not 1 member of staff are scanning anything, they are literally opening boxes and putting the items direct on the shelf. What a complete joke !!!

Over a month vacuum is blocked and carwash hose is ripped. Would be fine if they would close it, but they keep taking money off people and do not give servise. All it needs a new hose and clean blockage. It is 1 hour of technicians work.Sad but reality

They stock all u need at reasonable prices,always people sitting outside begging for money,Have noted it has car charging points so you can charge your car while you shop
