“Annie makes my day.. I start off before my mornings here for work and at times pop by during the day for a second round of coffee! She is polite/friendly/professional and patient! When doing my black coffee she waits for the machine to finish rather than a couple of other staff members who pull it out early and add water to dilute the coffee which is not good.
