Ordered through BK website two chicken royales, no Mayo, add cheese and two other burgers. They arrived with Mayo and cheese so I rang the store to advise them of this. Not sure who answered the phone but I’ve never met anyone so rude in my life. Told me they’ve made the order to how it’s come through and that it stated on the order that Mayo was on there. As you can see from the photo, we did in fact order no Mayo so to be told we were wrong, swore at and then hung up on was very very silly of them. For something so expensive nowadays, this is a massive disappointment and we would like a full refund for the full order because of her behaviour.

Not the 1st time something missing from my order and probably won’t be the last. You ring up the restaurant and just fob you off to Uber Eats. I’m sorry but it’s a restaurant cock up not uber. Won’t be using this restaurant ever again

Came here for my lunch break and have to say that the food was quite good for a fast food chain and was hot. Staff very kind and polite. My food was served my Heidi, a lovely lady and for sure the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Also, the facility has a big car park where you can enjoy your food. Surely coming back again.

We frequently attend this restaurant and enjoy our meal. However, today the onion was soft and insipid (?old) and the usual grilled burger flavour was completely missing- almost as though they had been oven cooked and reheated. Real disappointment

I visited this place when it was dark. The lighting for the entrance and car park was abysmal, honestly you have to see it to believe it.\\n\\nThe actual shop had a weird smell. I wouldn't say it was urine, but that was definitely in the mix.\\n\\nOne single person was serving at the counter. While I waited for over ten minutes for the women who were being served to decide what they wanted and how they were going to make their phones pay for it, I observed at least three employees doing nothing productive. Seriously? Come to the till and take money!\\n\\nThe burger was good. It's always good, they really do know how to do it.\\n\\nThe drink? Honestly, I thought Vladimir Putin wanted to kill me. I can't even begin to describe how bad it was.\\n\\nI used to champion this brand, I will never recommend it again.

I feel Absolutely disgusted about our service made to wait in car park for 15 mins then order was wrong ? Ordered 3x double cheese melts 1X double melt without cheese sauce . All came with sauce then waited again and the order was wrong again. felt totally bemused at the lack of care ! This was unacceptable and should not happen .

Visited today December 14th.\\nMy 4 year old was insisting on having nuggets and chips after a long day of playing in go kids right next door.\\nThe first thing we noticed was that the doors was wide open, making the restaurant colder than a fridge, the next was the overall dirtyness of the place, dirty tables, wrappers on the floor, spilled drinks on the drinks machine. Needless to say the place was empty, probably due to the cold. And the staff seemed more interested in fooling around behind the counter than serving me, it actually seemed like a bother that I came to the till to order. But my son was insistent so we decided to give it a chance, which only resultatet in his food being stone cold minutes after he had it and after a short 10 minute visit both freezing, we packed up his food and took it home.\\nThat's just not good enough

Very slow here even when there are no ques. Food is never hot, it's usually just warm. Food doesn't always come how you would want it too. If you like a bacon double cheeseburger this is not the same as a cheeseburger with bacon and doesn't taste anything a like. I didn't enjoy my last one as it was a cheeseburger with bacon which is not what I asked for. Staff aren't the friendliest or as helpful as you would like

Attitude of staff is very bad. I'm a Deliveroo driver and I have to keep rejecting orders because staff just keep making orders for drivers who haven't even turned up and just ignore the drivers who are already there, causing big delays. One staff member in particular, she wears a facemask around her chin (why???), is always complaining about driver attitudes and yet when I'm there waiting for 15 minutes she doesn't even make eye contact with any drivers! The lady I presume is the manager just laughs along, again, ignoring drivers. We are there for food already paid for! Don't place orders here if you want your food on time.

I have just been to burger king on farmhouse way Wolverhampton....I had the pleasure of meeting Emma..apparently shift manager. I have never Met anyone so rude and abrasive ever doing a front of house job . no manners...no smile ...and absolutely no sense of humour ... was told it was card only ....I asked if the till was broken and was told "no we just decided to only take cards" she couldn't hear me on the mic but instead of saying that she barked at me like a little dog... when I paid for my order she thrust the milkshakes at me and told me to go wait in the cat park and someone will be out with the food.. no please thank you or enjoy your meal I just hope the food is better than the service because if its not it will be crossing the counter shortly in the other direction.

I drove 4 miles (hadn't eaten all day and craved a good burger) and got there at 10:50 on the dot. They close at 11pm. He said because no customers were in the restaurant they've turned the grill off and can't serve me. You'd expect that from a small family run business maybe, but not Burger King. Close when you say you close. They just wanted to switch the grill off so they could clear out earlier because the store was empty.

There are a few really exemplary staff here, the kind that you can’t train, the kind that NEVER give you a wrong order. They are just great people and know their job is making customers happy. Sadly I can only recall Heidi’s name, but you guys really are 5 stars.

Air con was on Full blast a little chilly but place was clean staff friendly and food was cooked better than Willenhall BK will be coming here more I think
