I cannot knock the food it as always been good and you get a lot for your money, probably one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had I’ve came hear for years, but the lack of hygiene is a major knock off dirty seats walls and carpets up and down this is not a good look, if the place is so dirty and run down it makes you question the condition the food is made in and the hygiene of the people making it, please tidy up your shop and maybe spend a little bit of money doing it up.

Order arrived wrong order didn't include chicken strips chilli sauce looked half used took a bite of the burger and a hair was in my mouth called the shop to be spoken to rudely and told to give the burger back and we can have another one which is fine but the tone of the person on the phone was rude and obnoxious won't be ordering from here again what a waste of money!!!!!

Service is friendly, but sadly that's where it ends. The chicken filets in the burger were dry, the chicken wings were luke warm but inedible due to incredibly salty breading. Best to avoid at all costs.

Delivery took nearly 2 hrs rude staff on phone delivery driver did not apologise staff at shop didn't apoligize no one this business cares about customers only about money owner shakeel ahmed should be ashamed doesn't give a damn. stay away they will treat you like dirt. you have been warned.

Absolutely sh*t wings - go elsewhere!\\nBought some sizzler wings and told the guy that they were too oily and wondered if I could get fresh ones. He said they were rotated every 15 mins and that they are all the same. Regardless, as I was waiting for a pizza, I asked him to change the batch and give me different ones when the pizza was ready. Came home to find even oilier wings, inedible and went straight in the bin. Having visited here couple of times before in the past, I was very disappointed. Complete waste of money; this branch is a disgrace to the dixy franchise, esp since I have eaten so many times from their branches in Ilford and Barking.

Been a long time customer dunno what happened today food order was wrong staff were rude when asked to replace it the chicken is pink and foods cold sad to say won't order ever again still waiting for the replacement food so have a hungry grumpy fella very sad to see
Was assisting the staff in helping direct customers and got threatened by someone with a knife saying I was hilarious. The staff did nothing to make me feel safe and it too a random lady to step between us to defuse the situation. To make matters worse he bought race into it when it was never an issue to start with and clearly he was just acting the big man in front of his lady. Poor from the staff and the non existent security.

Literally just come back from this place, not good at all if I'm honest. I brought 3 double chicken fillet burger meals which came to £15 something. Thats fine as it was double chicken burgers, however after being asked twice do I want spicy or plain chicken ( I got 1 spicy n 2 plain ) I ended up with all plain, they were not double chicken burgers at all, all they did was add onion rings to a single burger. The chicken was cooked but very dry and chewy and seemed old to me, the buns were stale and the fries were cold and old too, we had to ask for more fresh fries in which they responded they are, I informed them that I also work in fast food and they were not fresh, after some debate they gave us fresh fries. Because I had asked there was an uncomfortable atmosphere and tbh I was really hungry (being 7 months pregnant) so I ate up quickly and got out of there!! I WILL NEVER RETURN NOR DO I RECOMMED TO ANYONE!!! OVERPRICED COLD OLD FOOD ? ?

Always seems to be missing items - two orders now and both have completely forgot garlic bread each time - won't be ordering from here again in future as seems to be common issue, thought it had been solved
