I have been buying food from here for a while now after the last order I won't be buying again I ordered chicken balls. They did not taste like chicken they had a really raw smell and the texture was not like chicken and tasted plain. The portions are smaller it is a shame it used to be nice.

Terrible, we ordered via just eat. The chow mein smelt like it was burnt, it stunk the kitchen out, the rice wasn't much better. We phoned and they offered to compensate by giving a chow mein free next time but then added that the rice and chow mein had come from a batch which made 3 and no other customer had complained. We are certainly not liars. It was horrible!!!

Raw chicken!Chicken in the curry was raw. Looked like it was chucked in out the freezer just before delivery.Everything went in the bin... absolute vile!!......avoid.........

We have used Far East for a few years now. Understandably price has gone up which was no problem as we have always thought the food was excellent. We normally order online for delivery but tonight I ordered to collect. Got there, cash only. Asked if there was anything they could do as I had no cash, first I’d heard of it and food was already bagged up. Told I would need to go to cash point “around the corner” at Tescos (even though you can pay online which I offered to do- told No). I asked if they could re do our chips (they can be quite soggy) given how long they will be in the bag, the guy working there was so rude to me, sarcastically saying yes! Spoiler alert- they didn’t re do the chips!
The food is nice but if they treat their customers like that, there is plenty of choice locally, I’ll go to another Chinese - that’s £80 a month that won’t be coming Far East’s way!

food was disgusting tbh chips tasted old and soggy, chicken in curry was so tough definitely frozen , 100% not a chinese cook , not a chef either by the taste of that appalling food , taste nothing like a chinese egg fried rice portion was hardly full too
Dreadful. They have just admitted to cook all vegetarian food in chicken stock. Will be reporting them to food standards agency

Jsut ordered for delivery. Dry chicken, overcooked. Chips are also dry, no sauce, oil, not enough salt. Bland and horrible.
