When they serve you any product they should state it is stone cold, not let you buy sausage rolls etc, which you would assume is hot first thing in the morning charge you for eating in and then you realise everything is cold and they do nothing about it. If you serve hot food you should have a hot hold counter. Not a good start to the day, thanks greggs,

Rude and unfriendly staff. I went in today with my little boy and the surly woman behind the counter was rude to us. "Hurry up" she barked "There are others waiting". I left and went to Burger King instead, I've never been so insulted in all my life.
Great customer service and I always feel the staff care about the product they serve because they always warn if they feel the food is not hot enough (just before closing time) before packaging it for me. The quality of food during peak times is fantastic and I believe this kind of mindset contributes to it immensely. Please keep up the great work!
