I have a free snack and drink expiring yesterday and thought I would use it up.I picked up a snack and headed to the till for a hot drink. The young chap bwhing the counter tried to charge me £3.40 odd something for the snack although it should of been free. I just asked for the coffee instead. I was the. Told the machine wasn't working and could only get a hot chocolate although I asked as soon as I arrive i asked if the coffee machine was working and was told yes. I left with no snack and no coffee and also lost my reward from spending with them. I left the shop and thanked them for wasting my time and money and left unhappy.

Bought two 'bakes' both were cold, not fridge cold, but left out for hours room temperature. This is unsafe. Food should either be chilled or kept warm. As a result the pastry was soggy and the contents cold and tasteless. Staff were clearly 'new' to UK with no clue about how to handle food or customers. Greggs is at fault for hiring cheap African labour and not providing training or management. Greggs isn't what it once was...

After standing in a long queue, I was hoping to get my free coffee on the app. The lady with the nasty face said the app was down today, I paid for my coffee and left disappointed, it was clear they were just lying.

Got there at 10:15, queued for 15 mins, told me when I got to the front that breakfast had stopped. I advised the woman that they still had the breakfast board up advertising it was available. Don’t know her name but she was very rude! Went to Costa instead - very friendly and helpful

Had a £140 fine today from CP Plus who run the car park. It’s down as free on the website yet I was charged for not paying. My details were registered correctly at reception. The company claim to have sent two notices, I received none. 2nd time this scam has happened. Please take photos of the registration on arrival and get something signed by staff, for an appeal or when you go to court.

Cracking staff - Gina and Em were super helpful and friendly. Made what can be an impersonal experience, much better! Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, well equipped with good parking and easy access to nearby facilities.
