Gone realy downhill , we have visited many times over the years. Guessing the franchise has changed hands , gone more to an Indian type restaurant with Burgers on the menu What we could salvage as Sushi was really poor, the crab handmade roll was black (looked rotten) inside and inedible, the avocado maki had hairs in in from the chef! Last visit for sure !

Nothing resembling Japanese food, Deep fried ( in dirty oil) chicken Gyoza that tasted of Indian spices, burnt chicken katsu, also cooked in the dirty oil, we left the food and went elsewhere to eat.

Time and time again the delivery is late. I wouldn’t mind this so much but they have you chose a time slot which is already later than other restaurants. 2 hours 30 minutes plus before we got our order. When calling they assured us it was leaving and due to the excessive time we would also get a refund. That refund never came.The food came cold and we only waited due to the promise of a refund and the food coming regardless.It’s a shame because the food is usually nice. But it’s always late or items missing.

Typically use Just Eat to get deliveries from here but it's always hot and fresh and delicious. This is my go to for Sushi in the area and would definitely recommend.

Updated 01/12/2023-ordered food through their own app. Placed order for home delivery at 17:54 and I had to call at 18:52 to ask for order where about and ask for additional ginger and the lady said that the driver will leave in next 4-5 mins. Then I called again at 19:27 to find out where my food was and the lady said the driver left 5 mins back and the order finally arrived at 19:42. Almost 2 hours in total. So when the food arrived I took my medication which I have to have before meals. Started with chicken Gyoza which was good and then with beans and then got sushi out just to know there was no wasabi- now as I had already taken my medication I had to have sushi with only soya sauce and no wasabi in it which does not taste nice. The whole point of sushi is to have it with wasabi. Then was going on desert and there was no dorayaki. So now I had to call the restaurant so thought would mention about missing wasabi and missing desert. The guy on the phone asks me to check the bags and I mentioned no desert as ordered. The guy on the phone still asks me if “I am sure” as if I could not see if I had the box with desert. Then the guy said is I will send the driver with desert and throw in a drink. Then he again asks me if I am sure and at this point I got stressed out and I said leave it and I dnt want my already paid for desert. U can keep it and I hung up. They called me back again and the guy over the phone had the audacity to question me again if I was sure if I received the desert or not. And I said please leave it and the guy said “because you have complained several times before” that’s when it hit me that last month when I ordered my dinner they sent freezing cold edamame beans with excessive salt (roughly 2 tsp heap full of table salt- not to forget 2 order of beans in same freezing condition) and that time I had also asked for extra ginger. And rightfully as customer I can complain because I paid for edamame in warm condition with right amount of rock salt. So last month they did send the right temperature beans. So today At this point the tone of guy was just not acceptable. So I gave up my already paid for desert. According to the guy I always complain but I had only complained last time and today that is twice and I use this place for sushi delivery directly or through Deliveroo. As a customer we have right to get the food in the right way and as a restaurant they have to send the food in the right way. If he is trying to cover up for his staff or the staff did not say the truth is the restaurant matter to find out not the customer. The restaurant management needs to question this guys customer service skills which are questionable at this point and they need to rectify their issue. Someone down at their end is not doing their job right. But that gives no right to the restaurant to be disrespectful to the customer. I am not ordering from here again. They can have £3.49 which I paid for dorayaki.Advise for customer ordering for delivery- when u receive order please check temperature of food containers when delivered in front of the delivery guy and check the number of containers it should match the order placed IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER. So you are not disappointed.1 star is the bare minimum I could rate here or I would go lower.And I would leave my previous review as below as food is ok. But services could be a lot better. I mean a lotOrdered through Deliveroo and got it on time advised. Food was packaged nicely and presentation was good. Edamame was amazing, mochi was good but overly sugary. Sushi fish was good but the rice could have been cooked a bit more. Chicken gyoza was good. Overall average

Ordered through Uber Eats, fancied something different, and was NOT disappointed. The food was beautiful and as described. I had the sushi, and my wife had a burger, which she loved. Next time we are in Wolves we will visit this restaurant to eat in.

Been here a few times with family and friends. Ideal for any occasion. Food is always fresh and tasty. The portions are very generous. Especially the chicken katsu curry. They also do a mini katsu, which my kids love! Our go to Japanese

Amazing place, food and service. Usually order the gyoza as starter and they between the katsu and teryiaki chicken/prawn. If you curious about trying this place don't hesitate to try. Beats having the same kebab and generic fast food places you see around town. 100% recommend!

I always order of uber but no idea how to leave reviews I use this place so much and they always do me proud me personally have never had a bad experience since I have used there highly recommended this is my favourite takeaway food, I have not had the pleasure to dine in

I often eat at ISO SUSHI. And words can't describe how much I enjoy it. The staff are extremely sweet and friendly, so patient and always cheerful. And the food is a taste of paradise. One of my ever-time favourites is most definitely the chicken catsu and rice aswell as the sushi choices Everything about iso sushi is just a one in a million and I definitely recommend for those who have a passion for trying different types of foods, aswell as enjoying a meal out with family or freinds!Kid-friendliness: The menu is also childrenfreindly allowing you to increase and decrease proportions to the child's liking.

Stopped off on the way home, nice clean place. Staff were very helpful in what to order as it was our first time here. Food was delicious! Katsu and loaded fries were exceptional and highly recommend. Need to open up North please guys ??

This place is amazing the food was cooked very well! The octopus is delicious as well as the chilli chicken everyone much try that dish! The place is super clean! The staff are amazing so friendly and happy! It was my birthday and they even brought out a beautiful desert for me ?I would 100% recommend this place!
