Sat twiddling my thumbs at the drive thru this morning, not even the decency to tell me that it wasn't manned.

Ladies that clean and greet customers were very helpful and asking if we needed help at kiosks buttttt duty manager serving food had all her long hair hanging down , swinging everywhere whilst serving food. This was brought to her attention and she hung it loosely in a net. Sent food back twice. Cold extremely DRY chips. Cold wrap. I gave up when it came to the frapé I just threw it in the bin. Watery and disgusting.I would give a one star but the two ladies that offered help gave it 2 stars.

My Mom and I popped in the drive thru for the first time not so long ago, I had a vegetarian meal so we had to park up and wait but it wasn't for very long. Food was hot and delicious, but I have to shout out the staff - they were SO friendly, both my Mom and I said how impressed we were with every staff member's attitude who dealt with us. We will happily return, especially after this experience!

I am not a big lover of McDonald's but service was great. It was prompt and manager did check on us that how was our food
Chips cold,lot of delivery people. Stacks of cold chips for customers. Sauces missing, what a waste of time writing this ???Parking: Could not get a space, because my wife and me are disabled. Because delivery people parking in disabled parking space ??

Food and service are great. However, as always, no parking if you're disabled as just eat delivery drivers sit and wait for orders in the spaces.. something really needs doing about this issue as it is getting beyond a jokeParking: Forget parking, hear if you want to use your blue badge. It's always taken up by Just Eat delivery drivers waiting for orders to cone in.Wheelchair accessibility: Only available if your willing to park a long way from the door as disabled bays are always taken by delivery drivers.. shame as the spaces are nice and wide
