Poor service from waitresses and manager. Asked to change our food because it wasn’t what we wanted whilst willing to pay extra, and instead of just changing our food the owner started questioning us, laughing at us and embarrassing us in front of other customers there. When we were about to leave because of the appalling attitude the owner locked the doors and trapped everyone in the restaurant, then put his hands on me! Had to call the police as he refused to let us out and physically assaulted me. Absolutely disgusting, even police agreed and let us leave. Lucky I am a bigger person and won’t press charges but definitely would not be going there again.

Looks good on the outside interior is plain and could do with redecorating (food splashes up the walls). The toilet was clean but old and worn out. The food was nice but the presentation was bad. It could be so much better. Would I take my Chinese in-laws there? NO as there was nothing special that they could not cook better at home.Plates scratched heavily and comedy plastic chopsticks.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free menu you have to ask the staff what is safe to eat.

What’s happening with this place. Been using Minhs for decades but the last few meals I’ve had have been terrible the meat is tasteless and the chips taste like they have been warmed up. I’m sorry to put this review but it’s sad I had to.

I used to come here regularly with my husband for takeaway. We haven't been for quite a long time, so popped in for a takeaway. I have to say I was bitterly disappointed. We pulled up just after 5pm. I ordered chips and curry sauce, on arrival at home it was evident these chips were not freshly cooked at all and were clearly re-heated from the previous evening. They were so dry, almost inedible. The curry sauce was thin and tasteless. I will not be returning.

Awful service and the very long wait for our dinner was unbelievable. We watched the front desk for takeaway being made a priority. The takeaway service was much better and this is what we should have done. We were booked in at 18:00 and by 20:00 with only starters serviced half our party had to leave due to hungry restless children. The waiter asked us when placing our order should he bring the children’s food with our starters and we said yes. The children did not get their food. By 20:15 dinner was served. We walked out having paid a mighty bill with lots of food left and our set meal that included coffee unserved & food untouched with our plates not cleared away. At 21:05 My husband paid the bill speaking with a very rude lady who was not bothered whatsoever that 3hrs after our arrival we had just had the worst dining experience. The only good thing about tonight was the friends & family we dined with. Very poor & never again will we frequent this establishment. A real shocker of what should have been a great night only resulted in disappointment. ?

Ordered a take out from here for the first time. Everything was amazing, from the customer service on the phone when ordering, delivery time and my order. They cooked everything exactly to how I wanted it, it tasted amazing, was nice and hot when it arrived. It was just delicious and amazing, this will definitely be my regular Chinese take out place from now on. Thank you Minhs, you did not disappoint! Well happy.

Went back to use this place after not for many years. Not because I had a bad experience just it was a place I used with my late friend. Any way after a awful experience from the Compton Chinese I decided to give it a go again. So glad I did! I had an excellent takeaway couldn’t fault it one bit! ??
Great little find in Tettenhall Village. We are new to the area and are trying local restaurant/takeaways out. We had a takeaway from this place and were pleased.

So, following a recommendation, I've just driven across Wolverhampton to obtain a takeaway. What a waste of time and money.I ordered a Cantonese sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice. On arriving home, I emptied the 2 containers out and was disappointed with the few number of pieces of chicken.The rice was dry and tasteless with barely any egg. The sweet and sour sauce was tasteless, no flavour at all. The chicken was tough and bland.This was the worst Chinese I've had in a very long time.
