I’ve been using this station for years but recently had a bad experience so won’t using this station or shell again. I used this station multiple times a week for fuel and every couple of months to pump up tyres. The air machine has always been £1 so I go this time put in £1 go to pump up tyres and nothing is happening. I go inside speak to guy behind the counter he says it’s gone up to £1.50 no notice of this or anything. I go back to machine put another 50p in again doesn’t work. I go back inside again and guy says you have to put the whole £1.50 in together so I said I’ve just put £1.50 in it. The guy then says nothing he can do? I told him you need to give me my money back which he refused. I go back outside and a guy calls me over and explains another driver just came before me same problem and guy behind the counter gave him his money back. So I go inside for third time and kick off and tell the guy he gave the other guy his money back I want mine back, I said you can’t just rob peoples money. The guy then starts threatening with the police, this is ridiculous. In the end the guy gave my money back and now I never will use this place again or any other place that has the shell logo. Looks like BP has gained a regular customer.

Called here today regular customer who spends a lot of money at this site. Have they changed staff ???I'm normally served by a lovely lady with blonde hair ..but today JAZ served me ,rude rude and rude ? no please or thank you to busy talking to his Co workers .I used my maners please, thank you etc and would expect the same in return....when my transaction was completed I told him that please and thank you go a long way in life.

Was told it was closed by staff when I tried to fill up. For a petrol station that’s supposed to be 24 hours, the service doesn’t reflect that.

All good but the staff don't wear masks.. I had to go and find a glove to put petrol in.. So not easily accessible for safety..

Not the cheapest around and awfully confusing with where it is situated. If you don't know the area it can be difficult to know whether you are coming or going with multiple carriageways on both sides.
