Ordered food from this branch many times however on this occasion the female member who made my subs could not converse in English.She got my order totally wrong, I’m disabled so can not collect. I called andOMG she was so rude, wouldn’t give me her name and hung up.I called again to escalate this but again she disconnected my call.I was left with a total messed up order with cheese however I am lactose intolerant.This branch now seems to only have uneducated members of staff.DON’T ORDER FROM HERE waste of money!

I was supposed to order at the pen road subway spoke to one of the ladies there to replace normal Doritos to the child heatwaves one in the Nachos.I rang another branch once I had made my order originally I got informed that they can’t actually do that, but I think I spoke with a manager and they told me not to worry sorted it all out for me, and also gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience, thank you very much ! ?

Is this the best subway in wolves? The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was a very good portion size and there was plenty of seating available. Would deffo recommend!
