Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered 2 6 inches. Got charged for 2 foot long’s and when I asked for a refund the girl said she had to text the manager and that she couldn’t issue the refund until she’d spoken to them. I asked ‘could you call them, as I was in a hurry to get back to work’. Eventually the manager got in touch. Sandwich was freezing at this point. I then had to pay again for two 6 inch sandwiches and have no idea when I’m going to be refunded. In total I paid £25 for two 6 inch sandwiches. Communication and knowledge from the staff was appaling

WTH 5 59 for a salad that had 1/4 of box full. Cheese they use a melon ball sized scoop now there measuring everything ridiculous for what you pay for it. Used to fill the box and it was amazing. Will NOT buy again from here I'd rather go and grab a salad from tesco for less money and more content ! Partner had wrap with hardly any filling meat or sauce. Minimal flavour. Really gone down hill this store has since new management took over and started measuring stupid things ?

Came on time . Food good . Not toasted although asked to be. A bit over priced. But hey ho I am working from home and I fancied a change .Tried calling as would have been nice to have been called for the change out of crisps ordered .Called twice no answer.But feel that a hidden service charge and bag charge is not fair at all . Delivery costs is enough as it is . ?

Girlfriend got severe food poisoning and a bacterial infection placed her in hospital, complained got a professional very rude response with factual lies in there and making out im stupid, then no response after we have went there few months later didn’t have items in stock after paid such as drinks cookies told we couldn’t have a refund then food was cold and the meat balls had grissle in and was hard n burnt ? Me and my partner love subway and don’t mind paying the price but by far worst service ever here.

consistent food and service but the staff pack most of the ingredients away 30-45 minutes before closing time… might as well close at 21:30 to be honest

Steak foot long was a ‘steaklet’ not as advertised. Appalling response from Uber Eats to false advertising. How can they justify serving this as a beef sub for the prices they charge. Every other Subway we have used, the steak is steak. Needs addressing!

Terrible and appalling treatment of staff from the manager Johnny he speaks to his new employs like rubbish, beware of letting your kids work for this fool, only takes on school leavers as they are easily taken advantage of. They don’t pay for training either, the bloke needs sacking

Absolutely rubbish.. the staff working was just in the back talking on the phone ignoring customers until there was to many for the to handle… I paid in cash and the lady put the money on the paper they wrap the sandwiches in. Very unhygienic and unprofessional… get staff that actually want to work and not doss

I usually come here for lunch, and i have had no issues with the staff or service, they have been very friendly. However, in the past few weeks there has been an indian staff member present, who i assume is the manager. It seems every time i go in there he is insulting, being sarcastic or belittling them. He does not seem to be this way with the customers in my experience, but it is sickening to watch the way he treats the staff.

Toxic supervisor (Indian guy) always seems to be insulting or berating his staff, sometimes in Punjabi when he thinks the customer doesn’t understand. Apart from him the shop staff are lovely and the food is great. Someone sack this twerp!

Black hair in food tried to ring the branch but had a weird man WhatsApp text me instead of the store contacting me back, so unprofessional and unsanitary.
