Lovely meal for my Dads birthday & great service from Tracey - Ellen. Nice atmosphere. Welcomed my autistic daughter even though didn’t eat or drink any of their food as we brought her own :)

Had the festive offer before Christmas. Place not packed so lovely. Meal was good quality and piping hot. Been to blue brick before with large party and not so good. This time only five of us and brilliant. £22 each for three courses and drink. Outstanding value. Well done ?

Very average xmas dinner. Nearly forty minutes wait between starter and main course. Starter was a tiny bowl of pate with 3 slices of brown bread and a bit of butter. The main was OK the meat and roasters was alright but no stuffing. All the veg was under cooked. Dessert was black forest gateau that came in a glass, i was expecting a slice on a plate. It was just slop more like a smoothie i couldn't eat it. Very average indeed.

Tracey has been a gem and service has been great, and the food cooked by Jon has been excellent and a great value for your money?

We arrived and had to wait 20 minutes for a table we was sat in a tight little corner there was 8 of us I treated my family to lunch the starters came about 30 minutes after we was seated which I can’t complain about , we sat waiting for our mains after about half an hour we asked where the meals was they came out and nearly all of us couldn’t eat them the veg was cold parsnips like burnt sticks and the beef was well undercooked nearly every meal was wasted we told the staff who said nobody else as moaned we ordered drinks which never came the deserts was nice but service was terrible if anybody is thinking about going here I would recommend looking somewhere else total waste of money thanks for ruining our Christmas .also the table was not decorated

I have visited this restaurant on three occasions over the last three years, and although the atmosphere is really warm and friendly, the service is painfully slow. The food is good but expensive for what you receive. Unfortunately, mistakes with orders were made on every visit.Parking: Parking is usually free for those who are dining. Today I had to pay for parking due to a local football game. Moral : Do not visit on match days.

Standard table table pub. Nowt wrong with the evening. Slightly slow service but nothing major.Food was decent, I had the festive burger and it was very tasty, can recommend the loaded roast potatoes.

This place is nice to come to for a casual social encounter. Both Andrea and Patrick they were very pleasant and helpful.

Went to a family gathering here. had to wait 1 hour before our food came, food was dry and nobody was happy with their meal. Will not come here again. Absolutely appalling. also the pictures in the menu did not reflect the portion sizes that we got.

Had a lovely meal and was served by Andrea who was very attentive. The only down side is that there was a constant draft in the restaurant but apart from that a very welcoming restaurant.

Very pleasant place. People like Peps or Ash make you feel like at home. An argument for choosing the Premier Inn hotel again.

We had been worried about my mother as she hadn’t been eating well for a while but she ate everything and asked for more. We all really enjoyed the atmosphere and look forward to coming back again. Thanks to our servers: Lucy, Asende & Fiona ❤️

Booked a meal last night for a table of 10. Arrived and we were waiting 15 minutes for someone to come over to us to be seated. At this point we were told that they didn’t have a table and we would have to wait for someone else to leave to have a table. After a longer wait we were informed that when a table did become available we would be seated on two separate tables that would be ‘close-ish’. The manager was completely useless and had no idea how to manage a restaurant and told us that our table was not as important as we had booked the day before whereas others had booked a month ago? She then told us we should’ve rang up to book rather than use the online booking system. Considering we had 5 children in the party the fact they expected us to stand up waiting in the entrance with no times was ridiculous. When I pointed this out the manager also said we would be waiting a long time on food as a Christmas party would be prioritised over us. The restaurant was in absolute carnage with other people waiting on tables and nowhere near enough staff and a completely useless manager who had no idea how to run a restaurant.

I have stayed away from home for work a lot recently and this has to of been the best place so far. Ellen & Andrea where particularly amazing along will all the staff here! This has to be one of the best places I’ve eaten at in a long time, staff are happy to help and nothing is too much trouble for them! I will be back here a lot over the next few weeks and I’m glad I will be dining here for this time.

We were staying at the Premier Inn next to The Bluebrick to attend a Kim Wilde concert in Wolverhampton, we called in the Bluebrick for a teatime meal before the show. The staff was all very friendly and extremely helpful, we had the hotdog and the smothered chicken from the mains menu, the food arrived reasonably quickly and was well presented, piping hot and was very tasty. Breakfast the next morning (booked through Premier Inn) was equally as good, different staff but again all very polite and helpful. We are back again next year at the Premier Inn for another concert and will have no hesitation in dining there again.
