The food is appalling the chips are soggy the onion rings taste soggy wet and vile. The pizza had no flavour and the samosas are just fried pastry that in no way shape or form tastes like a samosa. Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.Delivery was way over an hour.You can’t even get through to the land line to complain. Or to cancel your order.Disgusting all round.

Too bad, it's not a fair 50% increase in the price of pizza. 10 to 20% it's fine.The price of a pizza which was £10 has now become £15.

Food is nice. But they need more than 1 phone line. As the phone line is always busy or they don't answer

Today ,I am ordering from veggie lounge,but the lady who attend my call was behaving with me too much roundly, she has no manner ,how deal with customer, is the very very bad service of veggie lounge ,she has very negative attitude and very cheapy ,please don't order from veggie lounge

Food was amazing and came quickly considering I live a few miles away. Had the vegan chicken combo was so pleasantly surprised. Chips were amazing. Fluffy and hot. Also I had the chocolate cake which was so delicious - definitely going to order/visit again.

Fairly decent, veg fish and chips were average - would suggest adding more flavour to the fish.Please give out serviettes and cutlery and charge for sauces is unnecessary.Good to have such a restaurant with good veg choices, but small improvements needed.

Would give this place no stars if I could. I used to always order from this place no issues. Ordered today and my pizza was over done and hard and my chips were burnt. I called them and explained that my food is over done hard and burnt (photo attached) I expected a sorry and not a issue we will get another pizza out to you. Instead the lady argued with me put me on hold came back and said we have changed our cheese so all our pizzas are burnt today it’s a extra crispy style as we changed the cheese then said ‘ well what do you want me to do about it?’ After going back and fourth she said give us the food back and we will refund you the money. I told her me and my partner came back from work tired waited an hour so have had some of the pizza (2 slices each) as we were so hungry! She said that’s fine. Her delivery driver came then argued with me again and said what do you want? After again disputing he took the food. THEN she proceeded to call me on unknown at 9pm to Argue about a pizza again! Oh my god. The food at this place hasn’t even been too bad before but the way they handled this and the customer service is SHOCKING. Accept fault and rectify it not argue with your customers and say we changed our cheese our customers like a crispy extra done style. The food hasn’t even bothered us too much. It’s the fact I’ve had to debate with them over a pizza. Very poor customer service honestly don’t even bother with the way they call people looking for an argument over their own error. No people do not likeExtra crispy burnt pizzas. If I’m paying and waiting then getting burnt food then having to re order and wait again then apologise and give me my money back without the lip! Lost us as customers for good. Check picture below my pizza was hard as a rock over done cheese was sliding off in one chunk :/
