Plenty of room to sit with outside seating available if the weather is good enough. It's one of these where you get what you pay for things with the food here, it is expensive but I have never had a horrible meal here.staff have always been friendly.

I was sold when I saw on the menu "Tuscany Chicken" with my favourite "Rosemary Potatoes". The restaurant is counter service, so you queue and the food is served fom a hot counter onto your plate. Two people ahead of me and three pieces of chicken were available, so I was happy. Both chose the chicken but the second got the last of the rosemary potatoes, the "chef" offered me roast potatoes from the carvery as an alternative but it's not the same and I knew it would just taste of disappointment.I decided to have the Sunday Roast and chose the beef.I have to admit that it was a fine cut of beef, succulent and full of flavour; I soon forgot about the Tuscany Chicken. The staff I interacted with were friendly and polite, most of all they were helpful.I wouldn't decline the offer of another visit the next time I visit friends in East Preston.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat open plan, no stairs and wide entrance.

Good place if you are independent. I did take a group of partially sighted who needed to be seated before getting food and drinks, but discovered they only have menus on the boards (not even one paper menu). This meant I had to queue several times to get the orders I needed for the group. However, food and drink is always good quality and I like that there is plenty of space between the tables.

Food was mediocre. Prices around the same as the local pubs. Still popular

It's big. It's popular. It's quite expensive. Huge car park. Coffee shop are is dominated by Costa. Shortbread overly floury. Hot meals are served from bain maries mostly. Good outside sitting areas. Plenty of disabled parking. Loos could have been cleaner at 4 pm.

We love eating here, such a great range of food and drink, and the cakes are to die for. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly, we're already looking forward to our next visit.

The worst place ever. Dining staff are rude especially Costa. Left bad stomach ache as cream cake lef out in open and cream gone off. Then sworn at by blonde woman on till. Not appreciated. Just a sign she came from a destitute background. Í am local an will never go back.

Busy garden centre, bug lots of space. Plenty of parking for blue badge holders, plus wheelchairs if required. You have to go to customer services to,get one. Plenty of Christmas gifts, food, toys for kids, restaurant as well, for either cooked meal, snacks, or most gorgeous cakes. Twice the size of my tocal garden centre, could spend hours there and spend some money!

I recommend you do not eat here. Sainsbury nearby would be better. The queueing system is awful as you have to queue twice and the food is greasy and tough. We had breakfast and I was charged £6.50 for two pieces of toast and a couple of rashers of dried up bacon.

We knew of the reviews before visiting, however as we were going into Hobbycraft nearby, we thought we would give the cafe another try.p My wife ordered a 5 item breakfast however they had run out of mushrooms. You would think that when supplies are starting to become low then more would be replenished in time. Wrong, the breakfast had to sit on the side for a good 10 minutes before the mushrooms arrived. Incredibly over priced cakes and coffee prices. Unhappy looking staff. Not a good vibe here

A very good option for food and drink. Great Sunday roast and kid options. Great desserts. But can be loud and very busy hence not a 5 starParking: Free parking next to it

Miserable staff, dirty tables and don't get me started on the garden centre! Rude staff that think they're more important than the customers!

Stopped for lunch with my wife, never again. Both of us had jacket potato, which were lukewarm at best, undercooked or just very poor quality hard potatoes, skins were very soft so almost certainly microwave cooked. My wife had cheese and beans on hers, cheese like rubber and had no flavour, beans again lukewarm. I had chilli and sour cream, the quantity of chilli was so small it lasted about half the potato, the chilli would have been alright had it been served hot and with enough to last the whole potato. Just short of £19.00 for totally unacceptable rubbish food, how do they get away with serving this awful food

Asked for macchiato. This shouldn't have been a challenge as it's listed on the menu. Served a milky cappucino. YUK! Asked for drink to be made again as it was not what I ordered. Grumpy manager said: 'A macchaito is what you've been given.' Reluctantly, a fresh drink was made. Another cappucino. I gave up at that point. Over priced product combined with weak service.
