Fast service. Not all ordering screens were working so there was some queue but food served fast with plenty of staff on site. Good coffee, no need to wait in Costa coffee queue. Unfortunately they didn't have ice-cream.Food is like in a fast food restaurant. Kids like it, I didn't try.Vegetarian options: They have vegan nuggets.Parking: Parking only on the main space .Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available but not in a box.Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to access the till, collect food, turn around but difficult to reach the ordering screens.

We had a few trips to Burger King during our stay this week. Never needed to wait too long for food as the staff were on the ball the whole time. Very good service and the staff were helpful fun and professional. Ella and Owen were particularly good on Thursday evening bringing smiles and laughs to the customers as they waited for their food. Definitely recommend this as a go to eatery when visiting Butlins.

We had some trouble with our money from our card going through and the lovely staff and manager gave us our food despite our money not quite going through. Lovely team ❤️
Service was fast and efficient. Food exactly what you would expect form a Burger King. Only draw back very dark due to all the building work
