Ordered a veggie pizza. Underneath I realised there was a big chuck of tuna. Cross contaminated, not vegetarian. God knows what goes on in their kitchen.I complained and said I would never order again and they tried to give me a voucher for a free pizza. Told them I was going to post my photos and they issued a refund.

Charged wrong price, when my daughter questioned it they said, she can give the pizza back and get refund, that best they can do. Two weeks on NO refund and NO pizza. Dishonest. Asked my bank for charge back as complaints procedure was equal shambles. Avoid

09.09.2023 time 19:30 I visited this pizzeria in Bognor Regis together with her childrens and asked how to get a second pizza at a discount or free of charge, a friendly sales girl Anastasia invited the manager to help me figure it out. SOME DIRTY AND SMELLY YOUNG MAN CAME WHO SPOKES ENGLISH WITH DIFFICULTY AND COULD NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME.I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED, BUT I PLACED THE ORDER SO I RECEIVED A COMPLIMENT IN THE FORM OF A BUDDED CHEW ON THE BOX WITH MY FOOD BEHIND MY NAME. I WILL LEAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE AS A PHOTO.I ASK MANAGEMENT TO TAKE ACTION AND TERMINATE.TO SAY THAT I AM SHOCKED IS TO SAY NOTHING....Kid-friendliness: after this meal, the children had a very sore stomach and had diarrhea, I'm afraid this scoundrel did us special nasty things - a compliment from the institution, so to speak

So I ordered on 5th Aug to my new house (just outside of shripney) after 40 minutes of waiting we get a phone call to say they don't deliver to this area! (BARING IN MIND THEY DELIVER TO YAPTON WHICH IS FURTHER!) they obviously tried to deny this and now they can't find the order which I placed and I asked for a refund. I'm still waiting for said refund. Staff are rude and their customer service training needs attention.

On Saturday 4th March 2023 at approximately 6.30pm I placed an order via the Dominoes app. The money was immediately debited (in pending) from my account but I didn’t receive a confirmation number or text, like usual. We live approx. 6 miles from our nearest store, Bognor Regis so I drove down to see if my order was happening. Upon arrival to the store, the very first thing I did was show the app to the staff member, Trinity, as I said it looks a bit odd to me and I didn’t receive a confirmation number or text. She took my name (Natalie) walked around the back, came back to tell me yes, my order was being prepared. I did point out my name was not on the collection board either, but once again she assured me yes, my order was being prepared. 15-20 minutes passed, no sign of my order. I checked again, she walked around the back again and said yes, your order is being prepared. She did call me Laura a couple of times, but I said no, my name is Natalie. After waiting half an hour on a Saturday night, guess what? She tells me there is no order for Natalie. Like,…seriously? So, now they wanted to charge me again and then start my order. I think they were finding it hard to see my point of view here – I had shown them the app, I had asked if my order was being prepared, after 3 times of being assured it was, then suddenly no order and wanting to be charged again – it felt like a scam. The manager was aggressive in nature, Trinity looked dead behind the eyes, the place was completely shambolic. I do appreciate Saturday nights are busy, I appreciate things can and do go wrong with app ordering, however, this could all have been avoided if they had not lied to me repeatedly in the first place – I absolutely do not understand why, in the very first instance, they hadn’t just said, there is a problem with the app, it sometimes happens, your order is not with us, we need to start again. So, it doesn’t stop here. After placing my order again, of which Trinity tried to overcharge me not once, but twice, the order was apparently being prepared. After another good 15 minute wait the young gentleman then came to tell me “there is a mistake with your order”…. I mean, holy moly, 3 pizzas, what could possibly go wrong? A lot apparently. I was left speechless, literally no words. He said he’d give me some free cookies – I just nodded, I had lost the power of any decent communication by this point. We got there eventually - probably took the best part of an hour. I can honestly say it was one of the worst customer experiences I have had to endure in a very long time. The rudeness, the errors, the lack of clarity, the lack of giving a hoot…. I will never go back to Dominoes again in my life and if you value your time, money and self-respect, I suggest you give this place a wide swerve too. I sent an email to Dominoes Customer Service and all they could say was “sorry about that, we’ll send feedback to the store”. Well, you know, I am sorry too because there are heaps of other pizza places and we’ll be going to them now.
