Staff are nice, friendly and quick. Even with a queue it goes fast. Shame about the pizzas as I've ordered on 4 occasions and they're always cold/below lukewarm which is a shame. Sausages rolls the cold ones are peng. 3.5 star rating

If there was a option to use a 1 star review I would! Popped into this Greg's to pick up some lunch and wish I didn't bother! I feel so sorry for the staff. There is one lady in particular with a larger build and red hair who was so rude. It's not the first time I've heard her running her mouth at the staff, she is vile. She seriously needs to learn how to speak to people. I believe she might be a manager from the way she barks orders at staff, let me tell you from what I saw in the short time I was there she couldn't manage her way out of a paper bag! Will definitely be taking this further.
9th Aug 21; This branch (Bognor Regis) has had IT issues for over a month now, only taking cash and your not able to use the app. A small shop would have had this solved with a day or so.. A large national company like Greggs should have had this done within hours. It's ridiculous it's still an on going issue.

Steak bake ok. Just find the female staff member a bit gobby and off putting. Not thay friendly. Remarks like' yes we are quite busy considering we are still in lockdown a bit weird.' You're open for a reason,,to serve food which is obviously allowed and keeps you in a job!! Also saying one minute we're busy and the next not ,very weird I dont know why' is also strange. It's called life ...its random sometimes isnt it lol!!

My wife and I went into greggs on Friday 16/10/20. at 1.15pm. I bought two hot? Meat and vegetable pasties a sausage roll and two white coffees. The pasties were barely warm, the pastry was horrible and We could not finish the pasties as the filling was foul. The sausage roll was just as bad, the filling was nothing like sausage meat and was spicy tasting. The coffees were like dish water. Whilst sitting outside eating our take out,two customers were returning theirs. We both had stomach upset for a long time after. Greggs always used to be a favourite lunch time snack for us, but the last few times we've bought it we have been very disappointed.
