OK. So, seen some whining b***ches posting unfair reviews. Projecting their misery onto this coffee shop. So, just for the record ignore these people. This is absolutely lovely, and cozy. Staff are very attentive. Working very hard for a lowish wage. Ungrateful imbeciles STFU.

The whole place looked a little tired. The tables were not cleared very quickly and were left in a dirty condition. None of the tables looked as if they had been given a good clean for quite a while. Very unhygienic.

Was not a great experience today. 4 staff behind the counter and not 1 made eye contact. After me standing there watching and listening to them chat and laugh amongst themselves...eventually 1 said, can I help you. One member of staff was extremely loud, pretending to be a fairy casting loud spells with a wand and then singing very loudly to the music...she was completely unaware of her surroundings.

The waitress with a black hair is the biggest bully I have seen in this industry. Made fun of my hearing disability in front of other customers. I didn't even feel like telling her that I asked for a large coffee and not a medium. I just paid and I promised myself never to return here.
