Yesterday had a mixed Chicken and Lamb Donner Kebab, and it was the best ever!!!!! I haven't been into Generous for a while, the Food has always been good and the staff have always been polite and helpful ☺️☺️☺️

This is the best kebab in Burgess Hill, and trust me as a porky fella I’ve tried all of them. Fresh, not greasy, with a delicious taste. I can’t recommend enough

Always used these guys as in love with their burgers . However tonight they really dropped the ball almost 1h 30 min had to phone and then pick up and was told it had been delivered. Then told the delivery driver will be there 5 mins (20mins ) later delivered… food was cold .. 20mins on phone and then answered and the was told by the woman I don’t know what to do . .She said I will get her manager then phone went died.Called again for 10 mins no answer keep cutting off ..Then guy said what you want me to do ..I asked for a refund he said but the food would be wasted … I asked again for refund was told to leave food on doorstep …Delivery drive came back and I ask him refund and proof that he g taken food ( which I have him on cctv) which I pointed out …He said listen no one will care over £15 .. I said it’s £31.. he said still no one will care . He became very hostile…Will not use every again .. warning ⛔️

Placed an order and after nearly two hours (as they kept delaying the delivery). I cancelled the order when the eventually answered the phone. Very poor
