Staff were polite and chatty, food was nice and hot. Bit overly priced for what it's worth. But overall for a busy Saturday night it was good ?

The staff here are so rude. I asked for salad in a separate box so that it didn’t get warm and soggy on the way home and they went on as if I was being unreasonable, and one of them had food all around his face, surely his colleagues should have mentioned to him. But no. Took the kebab home with the soggy salad which also made the kebab cold. Won’t be going back here simply for the fact that the staff are pigs.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life swore and hung up mid way talking to the guy on phone. And that was because they didn't give us 3 portion of chips we paid for, also charged for the service charge again on the door after paying prior, and refused to give us our over 100 pound order without coughing up. Food was cold too x

Food delicious,for the first time they got my order wrong, the man on the phone was arguing with me though. I will not order from here again. I ended up paying £ 15 for a burger.
Put through an order at 19:30 it arrived an hour later but this wasn’t even the worst of it as 3 portions of chips were missed and had to pay a delivery fee even though it was through Uber premium so no order fee. We called up and explained our predicament honestly and were met with unreasonable staff who manned the phone and the member of our group that called up was met with explicit language. They have lost a loyal customer in the process and the food in general wasn’t very nice one of us was sick. Overall wouldn’t recommend calling up or ordering chips as they may not come but if they do they are cold as ice and as cold as the phone operators heart.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered 2 chicken kebabs tonight, took one mouth full and had to spit the chicken out? The chicken tasted gone off and stunk, clearly VERY out of date! I just hope I don’t have food poisoning tomorrow now!? When I then tried to then call the kebab shop, they had a automated answer phone stating they were not taking phone calls…..

Ordered off Uber and the mayonnaise tasted sour and mouldy so we then had to drive up there taking the untouched uneaten kebabs with us and asked for replacements staying the mayonnaise tasted off and could we have the same but without mayonnaise…. The senior man serving made us taste a blob of mayonnaise asking does it taste ok and then proceeded to taste it off his finger himself stating it tastes ok and shaking his head but that he would exchange….. we were made to feel awkward about taking them back even though he could see they were untouched…. Terrible customer approach won’t be buying from there again!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are so rude kept telling me and my friends to shush when we was waiting for cheesy chips. When we eventually got them they came out in a boiling hot silver container. We asked for a different container as they were wayyy to hot to carry. He said no and told us to take our chips and get out. Another couple in there ordered cheesy chips too which they never got because the staff are ridiculously rude!
