Shocking experience from rude staff with a horrible attitude. Young lad in there serving me clearly had a problem with me (and all the other customers in there) and spoke to me like I was a massive inconvenience, I'll make sure I don't go back and give them my custom again since having people in there clearly annoyed the lad working there so much.

What a shambles of a KFC. Zinger burger no sauce or cheese just a piece of cold chicken. And this was eat in. Practically everyone was coming back due to incorrect or missing items. Kitchen looks grimy n dirty Really not worth a visit ?

Pathetic service. Went in with two little kids, the tables were not clean and we requested for clearing the tables with staff. Waited for more than 20 min and no response from KFC members at Burgess hill and very arrogant response from the members.

An absolute joke of a place- cancelled our order when it said the courier was at the restaurant to pick it up. Ordered 50 minutes before the courier arrived- then you cancel? As if you didn't have all that time to place some chicken in a fryer. Will never order from them again. I should have read the other reviews prior to ordering, but it doesn't look like they've got the memo so far.

When I go there , the foods alright . I only have my chicken burger meal and that’s it , though being honest , don’t ever go in their toilets , I doubt there’s toilet roll in there sometimes .

Didn’t receive my entire order.Couldn’t speak to KFC as they delivered through Uber Eats, and the Uber Eats team just refunded me for the missing food and nothing else.Second time I’ve had missing food and a long wait.

Have never really rated this branch of KFC but as its the closest one to us we sometimes grin and bear it when we fancy some chicken.But not today! Pulled up to KFC and 2 colleagues are out the front smoking. They then walk inside without washing their hands. One of them continues to wipe his nose with his hands and then tries to serve us. DISGUSTING! Will not be coming here again.

Quite a bizarre experience. when i went to get served i was told the krushem machine was broken but then saw one of the employees make themselves one and go into the break room. Then i saw another member of staff start muttering how society was calling? not sure what that means to be honest but he kept saying it over and over again. after that he continued to tell someone else that he had an incident while shaving? weird. food was good however
