This was a couple months ago but i had to say it. It was disgusting, the service was the worst part, the managers are absolutely rude and ugly like pick a struggle. Especially this one manager (he was this lanky white man) he was up front and doing nothing but shouting at his peers like i don't understand isn't McDonalds suppose to be a calm and friendly environment, i even asked for a veggie burger and he gave me a cheeseburger. it had meat inside and instead of helping me when i needed assistance he told me "we're busy at the moment" and i couldn't help but notice the dirty glances i was getting however my friend who was not wearing hijab unlike me wasn't getting any of those dirty looks. There was another manger she was a bit on the Hefty side if you know what i mean (she was fat), that cow kept screaming at the staff and they just seemed so lost and i couldnt blame them since she was screaming as if she lost some weight and im not one to talk about size but she gave me a dirty look so yeah. I will deffo be boycotting from this holeDietary restrictions: This one manager who couldnt stop screaming at the back was quite fat and if we keep eating there like she does we’ll probably end up like herKid-friendliness: They shouted at my child for making a mess when it was clearly someone elses child like i had to continuously say it was someone elses child but they would suddenly shout at me and it really got to meWheelchair accessibility: They may have parking for wheelchair but they seem to give dirty looks and it just makes my family very uncomfortable to know we are not wanted in this cheap environment with this overweight manager who needs a wheelchair but wouldn’t be able to fit in one.

Would give a lower score if possible, drinks all taste of water (over the last 5 weeks) food nearly always cold and if you make a custom order it’s wrong. Complained to head office and they said things would be different next time (brushed off). Not surprised there was no difference this time. Rob (business owner) seemed to not want to do anything to help and Lauren (senior manager) could not refund my dodgy drink as bought as a meal. No sincere apology. Would choose to never come back but my children may hate me forever… will be eating KFC in you restaurant from now on. Good luck stopping me!

unfortunately every time our family visits somethings working with the order. our cokes tasted awful today so we complained but sadly the staff were rude and unhelpful. one staff member offered to replace with a milkshake but this was overruled by management, who insisted we have cokes despite them being the same . when my husband refused they would not refund the drinks. management obstructive rude and customer service non existent. apparently they’ve changed the ratio on the coke so it will always taste awful ?coke tastes awful, refund or exchange for different drink refused at restaurant. management rude and dismissive. apparently they’ve changed ratios on coke machines but was also told by other staff they are all coke zero- still charge 14p extra for coke so i’m a bit confused. surely this is false advertising?!

Not great experience, food was cold, order was incorrect and app didn't submit the order, so even after having spoken to a staff member sho assured me my order had been recieved, turns out it hadn't so had to reorder after waiting over 20 minutes. This is becoming a commen occurrence, definitely losing faith in mcdonald's service.

There was one car ahead in the drive through, they got given their food at the window but our one big Mac meal got asked to park up for 25 minutes and it was just cold and horrible. This happens way too often here.Even inside the food takes forever and just sucks.

Worst Mcdonalds in the country in the newspaper. Says it all. Do not go here if you want hot food. It will take 30 minutes to arrive, be cold on arrival. Go to uncle sams up the road, much better!!!

awful experience as always, told to park up as always. This time though was forgotten about and had to try to deal with unhelpful staff that ignore you. Eventually managed to get what I ordered , I was at the front of the que of people that hadn't had their food either. Worst McDonald's in the area , just typical it's the one nearest me.

We ordered for delivery as a treat but had over 90minutes of waiting and uncertaintly before only half our order arrived, stone cold and inedible. £35 for food that we could not eat it wad so chewy and with no heat. Not even the correct order. Shocking.

If you like to listen to 15 loud delivery drivers while you wait for ages for your own food then this is the place to go, the drivers seem to own the place know all the staff members by name and can order food and drinks while we sit here waiting for our food, if tou want a place to sit and wait and listen to crap it's the place to go, personally I'd avoid it I now understand why it has such a bad reputation!!!
Drive through for a happy meal and Big Mac, every car is being asked to park up. 15 mins later still waiting, avoid unless like me you are desperate for some not so fast food on a Sunday night while travelling

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Staff couldn't be less interested. I thought it might be a one off, but no! Went there a second time and worse still. Looks like it's run by juveniles, only interested in Drive through customers and deliveroo. Will never go back! Tried to complain to McDonald's direct but so long winded I gave up. I worked for McDonald's years ago when a student. This standard would not have been accepted. Avoid at all costs.

Slowest drive thru ever and coldest fries! You queue for ages to order, sometimes the queue backs up round the roundabout then you're sent to park up and after about 20mins someone brings you some cold food, what a waste of time and money! Definitely quicker to drive the distance to another one!

This is possibly the worst McDonald's around. I went through the drive through order food for me and my 2 boys of which one of them is a type1 diabetic. Had to wait 30 mins for the food to come out and then the order was wrong. I then went in to get it sorted for the girl to then get I wrong 2 more times. I get your busy but every time I go back to this branch It reminds me why I don't bother with McDonald's anymore.
