As expected. Nothing OTT but clean, comfy and quiet. Only downside was no tissue box.

Great service as you'd expect from Premier Inn. Very clean and the staff are amazing. Food is great and reasonably priced ?????

Stayed in the new premier plus rooms. Very good! Great beds and you can access the tv's hdmi if you want to use a Google TV dongle etc. No EV charging on site but B&Q pod point around the corner (5min walk) is very good value at 25p kwh but is slow so you will need to leave it overnight. Looks safe with good lighting. Breakfast is fine but evening meal is quite a low standard and not recommended. The staff are lovely, particularly Christina

The hotel was okay and the reception staff were polite and helpful. However, in the room we quickly noticed that the toilet seat was obviously broken and ignored by the staff, one of the cups was dirty (I looked like I had been used and put back on the shelf) and the general maintenance was poor.We also past 3 employees standing around "cleaning" a room for ages. Well, one of them was cleaning it. The others were just having a conversation and distracting the one that seemed to be working. Probably explains the state of the rooms.

The beds are the best!

OK, but wildly overpriced. Next time I visit family I shall take a tent.Rooms: OK, clean but a bit tired.

Nice place but I arrived at 9:05pm and they had stopped serving dinner. I had to head back out to NcDonalds after a 12 hour day

Perfectly nice Premier Inn hotel. You get more than you're paying for and you know what you're getting. Fantastic hotels. Location of this one is a bit of a walking distance into Burgess Hill. Plus the toilet seat was broken. Apart from that everything else you expect was here. Plus the Beefeater is actually quite nice too which was a bonus. Staff when present were as helpful as ever. Happily stay here again.

İ was at the reception at 14.00 o’clock for my booking , reception told me that they have a room ready but I have to pay 10 gbp for early checkin. That was very rude. First time in my life a hotel is asking payment for 1 hour early checkin ?

Room as one would expect, but with better air-con controls. Unfortunately all the food on the 'hot' plate was cold. An unpleasant breakfast.

Excellent hotel with a Beefeater restaurant adjoining.Staff were excellent.Special mention for Mandy on reception who was very helpful.

I was travelling to a nearby wedding and my health needs meant that I needed somewhere accessible and in a convenient location nearby. This worked perfectly. The accessible room meant we were close to the entrance but it was still very quiet allowing me the time to recover from the journey and from the event itself.

I’m a real Premier Inn fan and am always pleased with the consistency. This time I was disappointed. This Premier Inn is somewhat tired and in need of attention. The public areas needed a thorough vacuuming. There were several faults in our room..the desk lamp was broken as was the key card holder/ sensor and one of the ceiling bulbs needed replacing. The Beefeater restaurant was dingy. The carpets needed vacuuming and the tables were sticky. A number of breakfast items were unavailable. I hope this experience was a one off and venue specific and not a sign of falling standards in Premier Inn. ( can it be true that the new breakfast menu isn’t going to feature marmalade? Come on Premier Inn. Marmalade is an English breakfast essential!)
