Pre-ordered food at 6pm to be delivered at 7pm. Called at 7:30pm and was told it’s out for delivery. Called again at 7:45pm and still no food and appalling service on the phone when we simply asked for an update. Should be embarrassed. I’m calling for a refund now.

Great restaurant! The food here every time is great. The Dhansak was really tasty and just the right spiciness. The service is brilliant by all members of the team, quick, polite and helpful.

Visited tonight (a Tuesday) and was very busy as great deal for £14.95 for 5 courses. Waited a while to get a drink and menus but as I said they were very busy. Main waiter was excellent but I must say the larger man waiter had a miserable face all evening and cleared starter plates away even though one of our party hadn’t finished ?♀️ However the food when it came (quite a wait (45 minutes)) was very very good. Tasty and hot. We will certainly return ??

We ate here one evening after passing it on the off chance.. absolutely beautiful meal (and that’s coming from someone who has two Indian takeaways a week). Best Indian meal we’ve had in a while. We came back the following Tuesday for the banquet offer - what amazing value for money! The quality of food and the amount you get for £14.95 pp is great. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend!

We have always had takeaways at my girlfriends parents from this restaurant and never been let down so decided to eat in. From the moment we arrived Ahmed and the staff was friendly and very welcoming. The food speaks for itself, amazing taste, perfect temperature and portions are huge!!! I can’t recommend this place highly enough and after travelling over 10 miles to get to the restaurant it did not disappoint. It’s mine and my girlfriends favourite curry house and wouldn’t eat anywhere else now. Top notch and highly recommended for anyone to try! Will be coming here from now on. Thank you. Mike & Grace
Order a Takeaway here last Friday, went to pay on card and the card was declined twice, however, the payment was still taken and now pending on my bank statement. That’s not all, each time the payment was taken the amount went up by £1.00 every time and got charged for being a local???? Won’t use these again.

Unfortunately the prices have become excessive therefore less customers. The food was OK but not value/satisfaction for money. Shame

Had the most delicious curry this evening that we’ve had in Burgess Hill in a long time. I had a Dhansak which was absolutely beautiful, and so much chicken. My partner had a Tikka Masala and he said his was spot on. The Saag Aloo was great, as were the bahjis. The portions were perfect! We won’t be going anywhere else now! Highly recommend! 5*

Not very happy with the food or service, entered and paid then he answered mobile then landline, only then to pull out food from hot box, so had been in there well over 7-8 minutes, got home before the ready time but had to heat it up, just a very oily lacking in flavour mess, korai has peppers (this didn't) not up to normal standard.Will give others my money next time.
