The only toilet open is the disabled and it is DISGUSTING. Human mess on floor and seat. Ugh!! Not even busy so no excuse!

Was hungry and in the area so came in from a convenient standpoint, wasn’t expecting much. While waiting at the counter I was approached but a pleasant man by the name of George. I explained my allergy requirements and he was spot on with providing me the right food, I felt at home and I was really well looked after. This man deserves and promotion or a raise, seeing as team leader just isn’t enough for compared to his level of service. Very happy with my visit, big thanks to George, all the best.Parking: Great location, plenty spaces for parking no issues at all.Dietary restrictions: Great alternatives.

Restroom ? absolutely disgusting, filthy days without being cleaned. It amazes me how this business can operate and not be shut down.

ordered a double burger, got a single. Took it back, waited 15mins while they did a new one for me but forgot about me so I had to chase them up. Double checked with the manager it was all good and I left. Drove 5 miles down the road to find I had another single! Cold chips, Ice had melted in my drink and left with half the burger that I paid for. Wouldn't have been so bad but I had to sell a kidney to afford the DOUBLE Whopper in the firat place!

Only two terminals to place orders. They won't let you order at the counter. Long queues just to place an order, so long waiting at lunchtime. Took all my lunchtime, waiting for a cheeseburger, ? and a drink.

Last time we attempted to visit, they had locked the doors 25 minutes earlier than their advertised closing and when we asked, they didn’t give an explanation. Today we stupidly went back. There was a long queue out the door due to their poor staff structure. The store doesn’t accept mobile orders. We were then told that you could only order through their self order machines - of which there were only two! Then the meal heavily advertised was not available. After completing the order, we then found their order receipt machine was out of paper (on both machines) so you had to take note of your order number - nothing to indicate this other than the person that went before you kindly alerting you. Then, below average tasteless food. Avoid at any cost, there are so many better places than to waste your time and money on ‘restaurants’ so poorly run like this.
