Nothing great. One of the meals we ordered was delivered 10 minutes after everyone else's. Initially told there had been a mishap in the kitchen and it would be 2-3 mins. This meal was for the person celebrating their birthday and thus was disappointed it was the last to be served. Both of the steaks ordered were full of fat and gristle. One in particular was so bad the person couldn't eat it and went back to the salad bar for something to eat.We tried to mention this to staff but no one was interested.

Thanks so much to Chloe and the staff at Beach Hurst Harvester. We came on a packed out Easter Monday and the service was still as quick and efficient as always with a smile so that was really great! Very much appreciated for our family day out!

The food was really good, it’s always very reliably good.Went with family and what I really like is it’s very family friendly.Staff were a laugh and great to talk to.No complaints. Will visit again.Dietary restrictions: The products are clearly labeled with Vegan or Vegetarian diet requirements. Makes it clear what you can and can’t haveParking: Loads of spaces to park for freeWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp area to get up rather than just stairs

Chloe was absolutely lovely, superb service and brilliant food.Kid-friendliness: The harvester colouring pack and Easter competition kept my boys amused the whole meal

If zero stars could be awarded it would be.Where to start? When we walked in the place was busy but not full. We waited 10 mins in the cold doorway to eventually be met by an abrupt lady who marched us to a table and left.Having been to Harvesters before, we knew the menu so we decided choices and then waited...and waited. Eventually a lovely chap came over and took our orders, leaving us an empty glass for the refillable drinks. We went to the salad bar, which was 80% empty. There was no bread and when it did come out it was still defrosting. The pasta was barely cooked at all and was still crunchy, sadly the salad was not. The drinks from the refill were barely carbonated slightly sweet water flavour...no coke flavour whatsoever. After an hour and 5 minutes, our food came. My burger was inedible and cold, the rest of the table ate max 20% of each of their meals, and then we left, £110 out of pocket, wondering how we didnt notice being robbed! The server was charming and clearly they were massively understaffed, so he is not in any way a reflection on the rest of this shambles. Irrespective, not only would I NEVER go back, I would actively pay for the priviledge of not returning. This was, to be clear, the worst dining experience I have ever had, and that is considering the service was actually good...I cant imagine how bad I would have felt about it had that not been true. Either spend your money elsewhere, or save it, or give it away, or even throw it away....that would be better than eating here! For reference we were there at 7pm on Saturday 23rd March

We had a very warm welcome, served by a great waitress and the food was excellent. As far as I'm concerned I cannot think of any improvement just keep doing what you're doing.Parking: It can be busy and there is a time restriction on parking
