Is really bleah ?…seems like oil is one year old and sometimes the food is smelling like a dead….not recommended!!!And if you order online,you will be lucky to receive all food you ordered!

The food was RAW the chicken was bright pink disgusting! The staff were nothing but rude and telling me to leave as I threw a peace of raw chicken at her. Took at lease 50 minutes to be served my food very disappointed will not be returning. Expensive ( and worse ) rip of McDonald’

Ok so it was around 8:25 pm and I ordered the boneless 3 piece meal @ £7.49 to takeaway, the chicken was ok but the fries were the worst fries I have ever had ever.They could of done some fresh ones as it wasn't very busy.Horrible Nasty Fries !!!

Slightly below average food my chicken was on the colder side but the saving grace was the chips they were absolutely fantastic. The team on shift when I went in were all very friendly.

Overall terrible. Staff was not interested in the job and had no customer care. Chips was discussing, the 3 mini fillets was one piece on large chicken cooked then cut into 3. No crisp but greasy. Plus drink only 2/3 full, if that.

Rubbish. So rubbish was super messy and disgusting. And didn't get my corn on cob I ordered.

Didn't even bother making the food ordered! Maybe they should tell people if they can't make the food ordered?! Order was confirmed and apparently being made but never shows up, they don't answer the phone when called either. This is the third time (over the course of a few months) that orders have been forgotten or just plainly ignored. Why bother accepting orders if you are not going to make them, I'd rather be told you can't do it so I could move on to another place- which I will be doing from now on.
Just bought some takeaway here and the boneless bucket was more the burnt end bucket with half the pieces size and well done. the fries were under cooked and after driving 45 mins to excited kids to be unimpressed by the food for £30. I have not got value for money.

I ordered a gravy mega box the gravy was thick and taste was not good i have tasted the same in uckfield KFC i realll liked that , im not sure perhaps i was served a previous day leftover gravy im not happy this

Dire. No exaggeration to say the Colonel would be turning in his grave! An utter disgrace and I struggle to see how they are still trading. If tables and bins cannot be cleared, it raises issues with pests, hygiene, health and safety and more. These pictures others have uploaded are typical, and I have seen much worse. If 'front of house' looks like this, just imagine out back! Home cooking never looked so good. Have been to hundreds of KFCs since the early 1980s and this is easily the worst run store I ever witnessed.
