On Friday 5th January 2024.I was blown away by the quality of the Cod. I was even more impressed to see Mr Chippy removes the skin from all the Cod....this hardly ever happens, anywhere.And...the 3 adults working today were absolutely awesome listeners!I can not speak highly enough about this business.

I popped in here 2 weeks ago to get a treat for my dad and myself. I managed to park within 15 metres for free on the street. I ordered 2 medium chips and a portion of scampi. I like my chips properly cooked not half cooked and he said not a problem.I chatted to the owner who was very friendly, polite and interesting. He has been here for over 30 years.The service was spot on, the prices very good and the food tasted excellent. Really enjoyed it and will definitely visit again.Parking: Its a lottery but not impossible

Yes.Everything gets eaten too soon and you wish you bought more (except for your too-full belly)? Sadly, also yes.Not sure how much more information you need to enjoy this delicious place.
Stopped here whilst passing through.. met with a smile on entry, which is always a good sign.. food ( cod and chips) was cooked to perfection. Highly recomend.

I bought cod and chips here and was shocked at the high amount charged. I appreciate times are hard for businesses, but this business needs to understand that it's customers will only pay so much. Its not only just about taking maximum profits. Given how the prices have been increased, I will not be giving my money to this business again, as there are better fish n chip shops in the area imho.
