fantastic spot. went there with the whole fam. walked in and was greeted by the lovely William As-well as bazzite. after being sat down a plate of lukewarm poppadum's was balanced on my head. weirdly he baptized me with mango chuknee and then shouted SIMBA. after this William began to wink at me and gave me a note saying "meet me in the toilet in 5 x" this was a piacular request but I obliged he began to tickle my feet and gave me a raspberry on my belly button (no complaint) after this i went in for a number and found a jobby in the bowl all around solid cuzza bong.

First time back here since the 80s. Great food service was good and not over priced. Will definitely go

Decided to try this restaurant as we have never been. Pricelist indicated that this place is slightly on the pricier side. If it reflects in the quality, we decided we would not mind as it was our wedding anniversary. But sadly, it didn't live up to the expectations. My husband's portion contained 4-5 little pieces of chicken. I ordered the lamb shank, which hasn't been cooked for long enough for the meat to fall off the bone. I also found that there was too much oil swimming in the plates. Waiter was polite, kind and attentive. Unfortunetly, he was sneezing a lot while making non-alcoholic shakes....

The best Indian restaurant in Haywards Heath by far. A lovely meal and great new lamb kebab biryiani last weekend. Service always excellent and you can take your own drink. The NHS discount is greatly appreciated for takeaways. A firm favourite.

The food was so sparse for a £12 curry u barely get a chicken breast (6 diced pieces) rice is extortionate £5/6 and not great. And then for two people eating and leaving hungry was £70!!!! 1/5 as such a mediocre meal. Was fun you take your own beer. Nice food but way overpriced if was £40 I’d not of written this but felt cheated and hungry afterOnion bhaji £5.25. Two decent sized bhajis but tasteless and oily4x poppadom £5 rip off how is this the cost!Chutney £2.50. We’d been offered this before the menus so our mistake but for £7.50 nothing specialA masala and specialty curry £13.50 each and if I said there was one chicken breast between the two curries that would be generous. Nice taste just so not enough chicken to warrant the £13.50 each.2 rice £11.50 again nice but tiny amountsA peshwari nan £5.75 tasteless and very undercookedBombay potato £7.25 again 2 spuds in oil and spice must cost 70p to make in their kitchens and small small small again.10% on the bill for little to no service and I’m lost as it appears you pay a premium to pour your own drinks of 25% increase in food costs. Not for me or people I’ve spoken too

Great place. Great food. Like the BYO policy on alcohol. I would come again.

We used to go to the Nizam frequently but then moved out of the area. Now moved back but other good restaurants have sprung up around the patch. We recently heard that you can now take your own alcoholic drink in, always popular since it usually makes the visit somewhat more affordable. It was a Friday, the restaurant became full hence we had a fair wait for our main meal. However, the prices were definitely on the high side, the bill came to £64 which was for 5 poppadoms and pickles, two standard curries, 2 rice, 1 onion bahjis and one Nan. Not even a soft drink. It seemed that most things were around £2/£3 more than at other local curry restaurants. If you don’t mind paying that, the curry was good but not remarkable and for that bill we would normally have one or two soft drinks and a couple of Cobras or Magners for sure.

I have to say this place is hands down the best Indian restaurant in West Sussex the food is so fresh we've been going here for ages and the standard is always brilliant, they don't sell alcohol but you can bring your own which works for me

We have eaten out a lot recently with visitors from the USA and this was the best meal by far. The only disappointments was the onion bhaji, which were heavier and a bit craggy, they were tasty, but not as light as they used to be. The vegetabl curry with the Biriani was spicier than before and I could not eat it. This will however remain our favourite Indian restaurant.

This used to be such a nice restaurant but ending up waiting ages to order as too many take away orders making you feeling left behind for food to arrive. Empty Plates swiped whilst other of party still eating. The Bring Your Own Bottle is great but since this the menu prices have shot up in price. It cost a lot more than it used to for the same stuff.

Expensive and beware of added extras. It is the first (and last) time I have been charged for chutneys. Food was okay. Value for money poor. Really disappointed.

I had a takeaway of chicken korma, pilau rice, onion bhaji and poppadum and thought £22 pretty expensive unless I’m out of touch with prices. I’m sure Balti House up the road includes the rice and poppadum with the main dish and gives discount for collection so much much cheaper.
